REAL Supplements makes clean, honest hydration for people who actually train. The brand was founded by Bradley Poole — a combat sports coach with nearly 15 years in the sport, over 8 years coaching, and a Sports Medicine degree from King's College London. After years of watching fighters gas out from dehydration and kids turn up to training running on squash, he built the hydration product he'd actually give to his own athletes. That product is REAL Hydrate: an electrolyte and carbohydrate drink mix designed to replace what you lose through hard training — sodium, potassium and chloride — not just water. Manufactured in the UK to GMP and ISO standards, with the full ingredient list and nutrition panel published openly on every product page. No proprietary blends, no hidden fillers, no marketing dressed up as science. We believe supplements should be the sensible choice, not a gamble. That means telling you exactly what's in the tub, being straight about what it does and doesn't do, and standing behind every order. Built by a coach, for the people who train hardest. If it's not good enough for our own athletes, it doesn't go on the site.

Recommend by my PT (Oakleighmadisonfitness). Used it throughout the ‘Adtrex5000’ challenge in August, clocking up over 500km on a bike or walking. Plus every time I go to the gym. Need to order more very soon!

Amazing! Thanks for this, glad you enjoy!
A great product, I’m currently using Real Hydrate - electrolyte + carbohydrate and whether it’s before or after a workout session I feel more hydrated than I would just drinking water. The berry flavour is great and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants value for money as it offers many servings in one purchase, The delivery was great with no problems.
Perfection
Phenomenal flavour, great price and they results are just as advertised for not better, no complaints whatsoever.
