Ordered a balisong and sent me an empty package. SCAM!!!!!!

I ordered the required $1000+ for free FedEx shipping, received only half of my order, and was charged $450 for shipping. I can ship 60lbs around the world for less. No one answers the phone, I've left messages and haven't heard from them. My emails are being rejected by the server. At this point, I am absolutely FURIOUS.

The customer service line only allows messages. They didn’t ever respond to the email I sent.

Okay so first, I have a full time job, however in my spare time I have a side hustle as a birthday performer. Be it throwing knives, axes, magic, and roleplaying in select costumes such as a king or a wizard. I had my first show since covid booked for this weekend with a mom and her kid (who is a fan of ninjas) So I purchased the aero blade throwers that resembles kunai for the main ninja parts of the show. I would be juggling them (yes I can juggle throwing knives) into a full speed no spin throw using balloons on a wooden target. It was to be part of main act. However, realswordmaster.com had other things in mind. First, my order was in fulfilment for the better half of a week, then the price for 3 day shipping is more than a month of Amazon prime, where are you shipping from Bangladesh? I sent an inquiry email that I can attach, very friendly email, just asking about the delay and letting them know it's important to me I get them by Friday. Well now my order is cancelled, I don't get refunded for 10 DAYS, and the parents are now furious. An important part of my work is word of mouth advertising, this is disheartening to say the least. they a scam....ordered svd gearbox(in stock) paid and never received the product ,sent multiple emails got answered it should be sent soon obviously i knew i wasnt going to receive anything.dont waste youre time or money on this scam company that was once one of the best product

They sent me the wrong product. I don't understand how that could have happened when there was an item number, a description, and a picture.

I ordered three things two days later they send me a thing saying they refunded my money that they no longer carry them but they can go right back on their website and buy them again very weird

Liars!!!! Cheats!!!! Took my money for CHRISTMAS, I placed an order in november, waiting all December to get my package that was supposed to arrive WAY b4 xmas. Well xmas was getting closer and closer and no item so I went 1 email and another and another just hoping for 1 replay from this company who has taken 100$ of my Christina's money. I sent over 50 emals and got only 2 automated replays, 1 was to inform me they would be sending a second item I DID NOT WANT or order and the second, FOUR DAYS BEFOR3 CHRISTMAS they say they refunded my money but I've NEVER SEEN IT!! AND IT WONT CLEAR BEFORE THE 25TH! SO NO CHRISTMAS IN MY HOME THIS YEAR, THANKS TO THIS LYING, CHEATING, BAIT AND SWITCH "COMPANY" I NEVER GOT WHAT I ORDERED!!!!!

Decent timing on delivery even tho expensive delivery was everything made it this time as something's have not in the past 1 thing broke right after opening the package still oddities you have so worth some hassel it is

Shipping was fast, and the Black Friday deal was phenomenal, but I did not receive the item I had ordered, but instead a similar item of comparable quality from the same manufacturer and series, albeit a different motif. I doubt the intended recipient of this gift will find that objectionable, but I don’t understand the mix-up. The box is clearly marked with a different item number. Perhaps it was substituted for an out-of-stock item, but no attempt was made to either inform me of the substitution or request my approval thereof. It’s also not worth returning and risking a replacement item arriving in time, so I’ll be gifting this one. I’m planning on giving RSM another chance on an anticipated order for myself soon, as I have read numerous reviews of successfully-filled orders, and in light of current events, I feel they deserve another shot. Anyone can have an off day once in a while. If I could give separate ratings for satisfaction, accuracy, and speed, I would, but 3 stars is a fair average this time around.

Easy to place order, quick shipping, arrived when they said and good product

I was unable to track the shipping, and though it's stamped CHINA , the dagger has a solid feel to and the quility is as good as any.

I've ordered from this site multiple times and haven't had any major issues thus far. The swords are good quality too.

Our customers love the swords and knives that we get from Real Sword Master. Our expectations on our products we sell are high, so it is always a plus when they come in better than expected.

The only thing we wish to see improve is maybe adding other anime and game swords to their list. Would love to see Naruto, Final Fantasy and maybe some Seven Deadly Sins swords and katanas added.

The product was great but every time I would buy a item it would be refunded and then it said that the item was no longer for sale
