I echo what the other 2 star review said. A lot of the reviews that are written are within the first couple weeks when you get your first "appointment" so that people are in a good mood when they write them. The guys who work this system are very nice. But I also poured in over $13,000 to get 1 listing. You need to evaluate your area and see if it works for you. You have to be the one that shoots all of the material and scripts and if you want them to be effective, you need to try to look into the camera without a teleprompter so that people think you are genuine. For the 8 months I was with them, I had to keep asking why I didn't get any leads. I was in a metro area of 500,000 people and they wanted me to spend almost $3500 a month to continue the ads and I was then done. I would take significant pause in working with this company because it truly depends on your area and camera presence.

I wanted to come back and leave an updated review because I’m honestly not happy with the experience.

First off, I do like the guys and believe they are genuine. That said, my experience with the system itself was not great. I ended up spending close to $10,000, and while I did receive a high volume of “leads,” the quality just wasn’t there.

Most of the leads were very low intent—people looking for discounted brokers, individuals already listed with other agents, house sitters, or even other agents themselves. It wasn’t the type of pipeline that leads to real, productive business.

We did end up getting one listing out of it, but it turned into a difficult situation, and I really only took it in an effort to try and recoup some of the money spent.

Based on my experience, yes—you will get leads. But they are not high-quality leads, and the ROI is not what you might expect going in.

It has been a fantastic experience working with the Consistent Listings Team! I already have a signed listing agreement and hope to have two more in the next week. The team and support have been fantastic to work with!

The team is really great. It’s still early but initial signs are very positive for such a short amount of time. I listened to the recordings of the calls and I don’t think I could have done as well! Met someone for a future (few years) listing and one coming up soon.

Sounds fake but I got my first listing appointment booked 1 day after the youtube ads started. 2 days later I went on the appointment, and signed- crazy! We are going live on the market next week, and I wouldnt have had this listing any other way. That's a signed listing within the first couple of days- I just started!
