I ordered a clothing item on April 5,2026. I ordered some shorts for a trip my nephew is going on. Today, April 14th, they just send an email stating that my order is cancelled. No reason, no explanation, Just cancelled. No consideration. Although I have been doing business with the clothing company for some time, I don't appreciate being treated like my order is nothing. Just cancel it when a company tells me ten days later that a clothing item isn't available. Just forget what I have going on. Cancel it and refund.
This is piss poor customer service and needs to be severely improved. Moreover, the response from Reason was that the stock online isn't reliable. You might get what you ordered or not. And it will be almost two weeks before the company abruptly lets you know.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They will tell you they have a certain item in stock and then send a similar one but not the one you wanted. Tried ordering two different times and two different emails. Messed it up both times. Poor excuse for a business. Messed up my whole outfit idea. I repeat DO NOT ORDER!

I ordered some of their leggings and matching gym top and unfortunately the fit on them is far too long in the legs and arms. I wanted to return them but there return window is 14 days so I’ve just missed the cut off - really disappointing

Not the worst in terms of quality but their customer service, delivery, etc are absolutely horrendous. The deals are good if you can afford to wait weeks for your clothes to ship. Some items arrived outside of the bag packaging they're supposed to arrive in, and with flaws and defects that were noticeable. One item was even out of stock despite me being able to purchase it. Luckily, I was able to get a refund for the affected items. Unfortunately, though, it was in store credit with no option for a cash refund. I did not have any issues with the final order that I placed with the credit, which is good. However, one of the items, supposed to be new from Reason directly, had a Ross Dress For Less tag on it. I am not joking. There was no compensation for that, however my whole store credit order of 4 items was around the price on the Ross tag so whatever, I suppose.

I have recently ordered a pair of leggings that came in the wrong size, corinne helped me to return the item and placed a credit on my account so I could get next day delivery upon re ordering.

They send 20 emails a day to me about all the deals I can get so I order and instead of them sending more emails they are not sending my clothes...I regret ordering from here....I actually should've read the comments before I put my money into this place....I honestly think they are or are going put of business...F this place and I do not recommend anybody to buy this 2nd hand thrift shop gear

Everything that I ordered arrive in great condition and sooner than expected. I will definitely order again!

Should have read the reviews before ordering but you wouldn’t think a company could mess up a tshirt!! Today the tshirt I ordered for my son a gift arrived. The shirt has embroidery and in my area’s the thread is not secure. There are loops of thread around some of the letters.
I dont know how to attach photos. I could I would. Extremely disappointed! This was a gift for my son for Valentine’s Day.

CROOKS- BEWARE- do NOT order from these thieves. They kept pushing back the shipping times, over 8 different times my stuff was allegedly out for delivery- then they double charged me and insisted I ordered duplicate orders of the exact same things (?!?!). Nope. Oh and their tracking is a joke- the photo of where my stuff was allegedly delivered to is a lawn, not a doorstep or mailbox or by the front of the house, a photo of a LAWN?! Clearly someone just took a photo of the landscaping. ALL my other packages and stuff made it here just fine.

I did receive the clothing that was ordered; however the clothing quality is literally that poor; I have no idea how anyone says the quality is good at all. A Large is tiny like a Medium yet an XL is like a XXL so if you’re a guy who’s usually a Large or a medium then do not order here. The prints are super thick so you can’t wash it or shrink it and even the fiber or the cotton is completely cheap; even where they but their company logo’s behind the neck are completely cheap and crooked. Oh and the shipping is super shady and that’s not an exaggeration. You get what you pay for though so you live you learn 🤷

I recently placed an order off this website, waited 8 days for a confirmation of items being shipped, only to be refunded because they could not ship to my location (international) due to carrier, what a joke!!

Terrible! Stay away! They say 2-3 days to ship but don’t ship for two weeks! And customer service is no help! They just keep sending you this template late about their shipping policy and it says 2-3 days!! Must be robots running this company. Save yourself a headache and shop somewhere else.

I ordered three items, I only got two, I've been trying to get the item or a refund. I didn't learn my lesson and ordered more items, tracking shows it in Brooklyn New York for the last two weeks with no movement, again i reached out to customer service and nothing. I'm at the point where I'm ready to file a complaint with The New York State Attorney Generals Office or reaching out to every news agency to see how many complaints are out there.

Definitely some scammer selling cheap and VERY low quality clothing from China. Probably buying these in bulk for $2 a pop and selling at an insane markup. They do have a very small collection of higher quality items for Tiktok/promo purposes, but those items are insanely overpriced because the seller probably doesn't want to waste time selling a decent product at a decent price. And even THOSE collection of higher quality items don't even match the quality of a basic Gildan shirt. Bait and switch. Lower profit margins. Thankfully my order was under $70 as there was a "sale" going on that doesn't seem to be ending. Originally would've been $250+. Customer service won't respond, but we all know it's just one scammer paying off models to wear fake clothes.

Ordered a shirt. The graphic on the shirt was cracked and peeling off straight out of the box. Emailed "customer service" and haven't received any response. BUYER BEWARE!!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Customer service is terrible and the owner is a very rude person. Not somebody that I would ever want to do business with in the future.
