Tried to do a trade. Rebag decided to not take a bag in. I tried to pay with my rebag wallet and it was absolutely impossible. Going to the store and calling on customer service couldnt help. The store employees tried their best to help.

When I called customer service the agent didn’t even know what CHANEL was! Requested to speak to a supervisor but this never happened. Dreadful!

The good and the bad
I have purchased four things from Rebag. Very satisfied with my purchases. First go round I think I sent two bags. It went smoothly and quickly. The next time, three bags. I feel
that this time the process was much too slow. I was not happy and don’t think I will do it again. I am though, exceedingly pleased with my purchases.

Bought a vintage LV Pochette and was super excited. Went to the New York location for a Birthday trip, but once back in Michigan, the shoulder strap broke on the first wear. Paid $800 for 1 wear and now need to pay $150 to repair it. Happy birthday to me!
