Placed order one day, had it cancelled and refunded the next. In following it up, it seems rebelgadgets is a very small outfit that justs gets others to ship direct to the customer taking their cut. In my case his supplier had raised the price so he cancelled the order rather than taking the hit himself. Wasted me a lot of time plus a lost day in the delivery cycle. I've not rated as 1 as I think this is probably a genuine company trying to sell cheap, but if your in a rush for delivery steer clear.

They did not send the product, one ATI V7900 video card, instead they refunded without asking, because "the price has gone up". Well, we did pay at that time, we have a PayPal confirmation and an invoice. That was the price, we paid it. After two weeks, we did not receive any item but we were refunded, without being asked, as they themselves are claiming within the "Terms & Conditions" at 1st paragraph. We lost money within our business as we needed the video card we paid for.

This company is not serious, do not trust them, nor their "Terms & Conditions", since they do not respect them.

We will pursue this issue using any legal mean.

No problems at all, good price on the item and dispatched quickly.

Contacted them via their online help portal gadget, and unlike other shops this place was extremely helpful. Which is weird as these days its a given that place are only interested in taking yer money etc.

Fast delivery good prices and customer sevice

Ordered on Saturday and arrived on Thursday. Was suppossed to be delivered on tuesday but i was missed the delivery because i had to go out. Overeall i found the experince of shopping with rebel gadget extremely positive. Their price was much lower than anybody else's.

Very impressed with speed, price and professionalism.

Really impressed with the service rebel gadgets provided. Ordered a hard drive which was excellently priced, had friendly and speedy communication and fast delivery. And no complaints when my order ended up being a bit complicated.

I ordered a new Contac 29 heat sink and fan as it was the best price i found on the net, very fast delivery, well packed perfect service.

Delivered next day. Prices of the software was the ceapest I could find anywhere online.

Ordered on Friday afternoon 5 day delivery. Recieved 9am Saturday morning, fantastic delivery very impressed as was my first of now many orders from the site.

It is not often that you get a phone call from the company to explain product is not in stock but can be got in 48 hours and it will arrive on a specific day - which it did - This is customer service at its best
