This was my 2nd purchase from rebel plants, and again I wasn’t disappointed. I quickly received a beautiful, healthy plant which was exactly as described. Izzy’s customer service is exceptional, so helpful and informative. Ill definitely be back for more once I find some room for more plants ;)

Be mindful colour variation in pots
Plant pots arrived well packaged, unfortunately the variation in colour was not what I would call “slight”. The Merlot pot is significantly more pink than expected. I would have sent it back but the cost of return and probability of breakage means this one will be donated to the local charity shop. I would not order again for this reason.

Easy, fairly quick delivery. Good packaging. Pity the window to pick up at their shop in london is quite short and only on weekdays, but was happy with the delivery. Would buy again.

The pot delivered was the wrong size. 2 emails to the customer service have so far remained unacknowledged and unanswered.
Following this review I received a response, and was told my emails had gone in their spam folder. The response provided a resolution and explanation which means I have upgraded my initial review.

Great products and customer service
I contacted Rebel Plants to ask how quickly my pot could be delivered as I needed it quite quickly. They were really responsive and helpful and I received the pot in plenty of time. It looks beautiful and I've had lots of compliments on it. Ordering a second one today!

Variability
I love the artisan variability of the Jen vases, however can't give 5 star because having bought a couple I was very happy with I was sent a third with wonky opening and the Cork didn't fit. Staff were helpful and took time to check remaining stock and advise that I should wait until they had restocked before ordering anything else. I'll be back!
