Few teething email problems but after that excellent service

First time using Rebus their are kindly stuff, and helpfully

Appalling service and hidden costs. I recently used them as an umbrella company and on top of the employee NI, they also charged me employer NI (them being the employer) as well as apprenticeship levy which should only be for employers with an annual pay bill exceeding £3 million. I spoke to Mark from Payroll who was unhelpful and didn't want to accept ownership

My first week with Rebus. I found the staff very friendly and very informative. The on line registration form was easy to navigate. My text confirmation, on line payslip and money in the bank was all delivered exactly on time as promised.

This is the best payroll company I have been with. The onboarding process was simply; quick, smooth and efficiently convenient. I received all the updates, like the text message two days before payment, the payslips emailed the day before pay. And payment was on time. Best customer service on the phone aswell.

Paid on time paid correctly and paid in the morning also was rang too make sure everything was okay very impressed with the payroll team
