If there is anything more than 5 stars il definitely give it to the Rebus Team .
We taught hope was lost on securing our own property being on a Skilled worker visa and partner on zero hours contract, we tried all sorts of mortgage brokers and met with disappointment until We met the Rebus team.
They assured us that we will get our Mortage and we should trust the process…
Guess what guys ! 3 months down the line , we are in our home that we taught wont be possible.

A service we cannot praise and recommend enough
We was first time buyers and the whole experience can feel overwhelming, we were with other mortgage brokers at first and we had to leave them and felt lost. We tried 5 other companies and we had a bad experience with all other 5 companies. My friend from work recently purchased a house and recommended highly recommended Rebus as they went through them.
We had an appointment with Neezam Romjon and he was informative, knowledgeable and made us feel at ease and that we could ask any questions. Neezam spent a long time searching for the best deals for us and broke down all the costs with income protection, life insurance and will costs. The information given to us was clear and precise with no pressure to go any route but advised the best possible way for our family. Neezam also got us a really good deal with solicitors and we had a outstanding experience with Greystone.
During the whole process Jo Ellis communicated with us at every single point, I have never been so reassured, supported and had confidence in a service like I have Rebus. Jo was providing us updates on the progress throughout our journey. Jo would call us and give us updates and reassure us everything is progressing well and if anything needed chasing up Jo would do this then provide us an update.
I cannot thank Jo and Neezam enough, I cannot recommend Rebus highly enough. They are the best mortgage broker service we have worked with and we tried about 5 different companies.

From the initial call with Neezam and all the calls and emails with Jo, I couldn’t recommend Rebus enough.
They were very informative from the very first call, highly knowledgeable and helped with each step of quite a complex mortgage and time scale.
Any email or call, quickly answered and the process made very straight forward for myself and my wife.
We would highly recommend Rebus and will be happy to use again for future mortgages.

I had a really excellent experience with Neezam and Jo at Rebus. I had to remortgage a Help to Buy loan. It turned out to be really complicated ! Neezam and Jo were on hand to help me at each step and to reassure me when I was getting stressed with the process. They give a really tailored and personal approach to your mortgage. I had an outstanding experience working with Rebus, specifically Jo and Lee, to secure a mortgage while on a visa. From start to finish, Rebus provided exceptional support and guidance, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Securing a mortgage while on a visa can be a daunting task, but Rebus made it seem effortless. They helped me overcome issues related to my visa status and even tackled challenges with the solicitor. Whenever I needed assistance, Rebus jumped in immediately and worked thoroughly to get everything done from end to end.
Jo, in particular, went above and beyond. When I encountered issues with other areas of the buying process, she was happy and quick to step in and resolve them as best she could. I have been thoroughly impressed by Rebus and their team there!
We were first put in touch with Neezam who was so knowledgeable about the Help to Buy process, which was very reassuring as the mortgage advisor we initially tried with another company had no clue what to do which stressed us out.
Once speaking with Neezam, the process was so swift and easy. We were then put into the hands of Jo Ellis who was amazing with keeping us well informed and up to date with the process ahead. Replied to emails swiftly and with such kindness.
I never truly knew what to expect when working with a legate advisor but at the peak of our remortgage application we had just had our baby girl which was stressful enough despite having to remortgage too, and we were surprised to receive a very generous and thoughtful gift in the post to congratulate us.
They went above and beyond what I expected and I will definitely be using them again in the future to know that everything is done professionally and with ease that I felt relaxed knowing Jo was there sorting out and keeping ontop of everything, even chasing our solicitors who were not very good at communicating back to us personally.

First class service!
Lee and Jo provided me with a first class re-mortgage service. They kept me regularly updated on all steps in the process and found me a great mortgage that ensured I was able to repay my help to buy equity loan and release funds to utilise towards home improvements! My repayments are less than what they would have been if I had stayed with my previous lender (and also less than other brokers had found). Icing on the cake was the cash back that came with my new mortgage due to my home being energy efficient. I would not have been able to navigate this process (which seems incredibly tricky when you throw help to buy into the mix) without Rebus - Lee and Jo are amazing. If I could give more that five stars I would!! Thank you!
