Please do not buy Vanish from this company. It’s bleached my childrens clothes that hold sentimental value. It’s a faulty batch and they are not accepting any responsibility.

The site forced me to give a star rating- I wouldn't actually have given them one at all.
Finish Quantum tablets combined with a "Care" tablet damaged my cutlery and, after chasing them up, I was offered a voucher to buy more of the same which I rejected. I asked for the matter to be escalated and have tried several times since then to contact the company but I get no response.
Last week I wrote to the CEO to complain about the abysmal customer service. let alone the lousy product. I pointed out their mission statement which is to put consumers and people first, but that's obviously untrue.

I recently purchased Finish powerball Quantum ultimate dishwasher tablets after reading good reviews and changed from my regular Fairy ones. These do not totally dissolve even at the highest temperatures and longest cycles. I complained to Finish at their customer service site and was basically fobbed off by telling me how best to use my dishwasher!!!!! I explained that there must be an issue with solubility but this fell on deaf ears! I am very angry after spending £20 and have decided to boycott Finish in favour of Fairy tabs as they are way more superior. 0/10 to Finish I’m afraid on all levels

My wife had a 500g tub of E45 cream the plunger stopped working when it was still half full I messaged them back in early July and a dept came back to me saying that they had passed the message on with my email address.
I am not complaining about the product,but the way they treat customers with a lack of courtesy not even bothering to respond.

Do not work for this company they are cold and heartless they only care about themselves and money not their staff and their health and wellbeing! They say they care and want to help but they just lie. I worked for Fisco and wish I never did now!!

Zu diesem Verein gehört auch sagrotan. Ich habe heute versucht den no Touch aufzufüllen. Ergebnis--> ist nicht vorgesehen. Also eine neuen Behälter aus Plastik kaufen den alten weg werfen und fertig! Ist der teurer als die Seife zum nachfüllen? Klar! Verschmutze ich die Umwelt mit zusätzlichem Plastik? Ja! Als neuer Werbespot "wir vernichten nicht nur bis zu 99% der Bakterien sondern auch die Umwelt!" Übrigens! Es gibt Videos bei Youtube die zeigen einem wie man das Dingen doch auf bekommt. Auf diversen Plattformen kann man Deckel bestellen um das Loch (welches man reingeschnitten hat um die Seife nachzufüllen) wieder zu schließen.

I had a faulty tin of vanish and the product caused staining to my carpet. I complained and was asked to return the product which was clearly faulty as it was not a foam as it should have been. I was then informed that there was nothing wrong with the product and it was my own fault for not doing a test patch. As I have been using this product for years on my carpet I didn’t think it was necessary to constantly repeat test as i had had great success with it before. They denied there was anything wrong with the product, which was a blatant lie and just offered me vouchers as a goodwill gesture. I asked for the product to be returned to me but they just ignored my request, disgraceful customer service!

Customer disservice epitomised! Raised concerns regarding the authenticity of a product and was met with apathy, "up to' two months to verify despite being provided with photos of product including labelling and source of supply details, etc.

I had a problem with Airwick Essential oils. I called customer service and was told they were sending me a replacement coupon. After 2 weeks I receive a letter stating that they wanted pictures of the product, and to complete an enclosed questionnaire, THAT WAS NOT ENCLOSED not to mention to put all back in a box with the enclosed pre-paid label..AGAIN THAT WAS NOT THERE

J'ai payé le renvoi d'une boîte de lait infantile pour analyse après avoir trouvé des particules noires dedans. J'ai dû réclamer les résultats pour savoir si mon enfant ne risquait rien, je les ai eu 3 mois après. Le pseudo service consommateur m'a demandé mon adresse pour m'envoyer de nouvelles boîtes en guise de dédommagement (le prix d'une boîte envoyée et donc perdue plus frais de port à ma charge) et 4 mois plus tard je n'ai toujours rien reçu de leur part. Service consommateur absolument incompétent et méprisant (on parlait quand même de la santé d'un bébé de 4 mois), scandaleux pour un gros laboratoire de cette envergure.

Just trying to complain about a failing product, I find this is impossible. Seems RB have got too big for their boots. I'll be avoiding their products in future if there is no recourse for poor performance.

Reckitts have been selling 'trusted' products Dettol/E45 creams etc) in UK shops for many years. They have a sales income of c.£12bn. ie they are not a small company.
I am totally amazed that such a large co'y can receive this level of 'slagging off' by what seems honest folks, and yet Reckitts do nothing about it?
Suggest [someone,... maybe us consumers?], ditch this "Trust Pilot" method of complaint, and take to "Twitter"? to voice our concerns.
My whinge: Why E45 Cream (Dispensing pack] contents, I've been using for years (10) have suddenly [Sept 2019] become so, 'gloopy? almost too liquid, too 'watered down', seems to me, to use properly and safely, without squirting all lover me, companion, dog and the floor/carpet etc?
PS Reckitt have no 'email' address apart from new CEO - no reply.

ADDENDUM:
My sister and I, inpassing, have had an 'ongoing' 'battle-royal' about watering-down products like Dettol, E45 cream, dishwasher liquids, a few other items [whisky?]. She contends, from she had a BSc 'friend' (bio-chemist), BM, who maintained that, 'products are overly-concentrated' and no it didn't matter if one 'watered' down product as the efficacy would remain the same.' Moot?
But in the (E45) case, its a little too watered down for my liking.
I could go on about other products which have suffered similarities (Chocolate makers) cutting size of [packets] / reduced strength cough mixtures, visible strength reductions in many analgesics, in headache 'cures' and many other "Snake-Oil' remedies, etc. and so on. At the end of the day, I'm sure you have increased costs of production, salaries are high, rents escalating and so on, but kindly stick to allowing the product[s] to do 'what it says on the packet'... or go buy a bans factory - maybe a bad example (!)... go back to, I contend, 'poisoning us' by selling us eg. cola drinks, containing half a bag of sugar, crisps with 1/2 lb salt etc.
No company is 'indestructible' and lives forever.

I used the vanish oxi action spray on an expensive jumper which complied with all directions for use. I have used this product on this garment before however the second time it ended up with yellow stains all over it and it is longer wearable. Not only did it take over 4 months to get anything actioned, all I received was a lousy $10 voucher which they clearly stated was out of good will!!!

Absolutely disgraced with the response time and what they have provided as their so called good will gesture.

First of all the mission statement clearly is false. We purchased
an Airwick candle from a local supermarket and lit it last December after about 30 minutes the flame changed from a steady flicker to a roaring flame of about 8'-10" in height and very fierce. I got an empty pan to suffocate the flame and when I did this the jar that the candle was supplied in disintegrated and burnt the table that it was on, I contacted R & B and spoke to their Property damage specialist, who asked me some questions and requested I send the candle back for analysis. I did this in December last year and have been constantly fobbed off and eventually was given the email for the Executive office for them to deal with my claim. Their is no surprise that I haven't had reply from them. We are now 5 months down the line. This company are disgusting and customer services does not exist in my opinion. My concern is that there are other images of this type of reaction on the same candle and it could cause a serious house fire and potentially the loss of life. R & B Get your house in order!!!

I used the E45 deodorant on my nine year old son, it came out like suncream even after shaking it for ages, he said it didn't feel nice, so I got some tissue to wipe it off, before I did that he said it was starting to burn, when I wiped it off, where it had been, his skin was bright red and inflamed. He said am I allergic to it?. I'm not happy!. I brought the E45 shampoo for myself and find it makes my head itch.
