Having only ever part exchanged cars, I was unsure of what to do. I enquired with a national company who buy any cars and instantly found that with Reclamet the initial quote process was easier and simpler, with a no pressure quote for the vehicle that was better than alternatives. There was also the benefit of free collection, the next day and no hidden fees.

Sian dealt with my quote and the booking and was fantastic. She made the whole process so simple with no fuss or pressure. The lorry turned up the next day and the driver was incredibly cheerful, helpful and friendly. Within 5 minutes the car was gone and payment was received by bank transfer the same day.

To summarise, the important bits for me were no pressure from the quote, no hard sell, no hidden fees and payment the same day all from friendly people who seem to care about their customers. I would highly recommend and use them again, without question.

I contacted Reclamet about scrapping my car. Sian was very helpful, friendly and really did her best to accommodate. I received the money into my bank account on the same day the car was collected and I received a good price. I would also like to mention the chap who picked my car up. I didn't get his name, but he was also very friendly and professional.

Dealt with Reclamet a few times now to scrap car. Sian was extremely helpful and very efficient in responding to emails, arranging for collection and was paid same day of collection.

The service I received from Reclamets was far from bad I could not fault them at all. I had contacted themselves to scrap my car and I had a quote with in 48 hours of contacting and once agreeed on price was then scheduled to be picked up the next day. But honestly they have such good customer service and I will be using them again in the future if I have to scrap another car

Getting my car off the road after it died was made very easy by Reclamet.
Even though the car was stranded on a busy street, they took it off within minutes of arriving.
Was easy to book and communcation was very good, from start to finish.

Sadly my car of many years had to scrapped because the parts needed for its MOT were obsolete and unavailable.
The Garage I use recommended Reclamet Ltd. I am deaf, which nearly always causes issues when dealing with companies who prefer voice calls over email or text. However, within an hour of sending Reclamet an Email I received a friendly reply from Sian, their office manager. This email conversation progressed quickly and everything was agreed. Their driver arrived as promised all the paperwork was competed swiftly and my car was taken away. Then an hour later the agreed sum was transferred to my bank account.
All in all an excellent 5 Star service from Reclamet.
I highly recommend this company because of their friendly and efficient service, us they offered the best price.

From my initial enquiry about scrapping our vehicle, to the friendly and efficient help, advice and support, our entire experience was great. Based on the information we provided, we were quoted an amount for scrap and that is exactly what we received immediately the car was ready to be taken away. Called up yesterday to arrange the sad collection of my poorly car. Car was collected first thing this morning. Sad to see it go but Phil was great and cheered me up. Thanks guys for the fab service.
