The interest rates were very competitive. Did experience a minor problem with the account but the staff were helpful in sorting it out. The bank kept me informed clearly and quickly at each step.

Very disappointed with this bank…
Very disappointed with this bank informing me that we can invest upto £250,000 each however when we transferred the funds they rejected the additional amount above £240,000 for joint customer.
They will be returning our funds back after 4-5 days with loss of interest.

A good bank

I needed to speak to an advisor during the setting up process and she was incredibly helpful.
