Disappointed in the…
Disappointed in the presentation/packaging for an not inexpensive jewellery item (a tiny plastic pocket stapled to an equally tiny piece of cardboard) especially since I was intending to give as a gift. (Was a purchase where some of the price was donated to charity, this wasn't really reflected/celebrated in a very high-profile way either.) Could have spent my money much more wisely elsewhere unfortunately.

I have purchased several pompon's both for myself and friends & family as gifts plus I love the fact that with every purchase 100% of the profit is going towards such great causes as Mental health, Cancer, Solidarity, Modern Slavery & Motherhood.
