Didn't even start the process the guy on the phone was just straight up condescending. It was like i interrupted him from doing his job. Lol But for sure my situation meant zero to him. Plus i start the process online and they say 195 dollars at first, then goes up to 895 to be spoken to in away ive never have befor. There are so many lawyers out there they clearly dont need the money anyway.

I contacted Higbee and associates with many reservations. Reason it was online and I contacted their office it all seemed too easy. The lady that assisted me told me they could assist me with a reduction and expungement. I paid my deposit and set up an online account. The correspondence was easy and efficient. Initially I checked my status daily which gave anxiety , it didn't seem to be moving fast enough..I stopped checking daily...long story short Higbee and associates was able to reduce, expunge and dismiss my Felony in a little over 4 months. This included judge signed documents in my hand..I am very pleased with the service and outcome with this agency. I highly recommend them. My suggestion pay your payment on time, return any documents you receice timely and don't check your status daily. OH I didn't have to appear in court Higbee and Associates handled everything ..Thank you Higbee and Associates

I signed up for this almost two weeks ago and they have done ABSOLUTELY nothing with my information. For the last ten days it has said "waiting on attorney" and we haven't even started the process. This process takes a long time because of the court system in my state.. waiting two weeks and still not even getting started is NOT okay. EVEN BETTER I can not cancel this. No one will answer any of my calls.

I was told, in detail, what do do, how to it and how long it would take. They kept me informed every step of the way. They made it easy to understand the process and their web site is amazing. I got to make affordable payments on the web site and was kept completely informed on the web site every step they were taking and at what stage I was with my case. I’m very impressed and would recommend this service to anyone.

It took another lawyer 27 days to do what I wanted done recordgone strung me out for 3 months and still charged me for doing nothing but sending me files I could get online please use another lawyer

I just found out that I am being denied housing because they don't cover Experian and Transunion...2 of the largest reporting agencies in the United States. They didn't even indicate that they didn't, so there is no way to know until it's too late. I am appalled that they would allow their so-called "clients" walk into such a trap blind because they want an extra $250 an hour to "make sure". Me and my kids are going to be without a place to live thanks to the trust I placed into this organization. Thanks, a lot Record Gone and Higbee & Associates for such "stellar" representation.
