I recently purchased the Reco Surfaces teal blue metro tile panel and overall I’m really pleased with the result. The panels arrived very well packaged, with no damage at all, which immediately gave a good first impression. One thing to note is that you should lay them flat as soon as they arrive to help them settle properly before installation.

My builder commented that they were easy to cut and work with, which made the installation process straightforward. The only slight challenge we came across was figuring out what to use for the outside corner joins — it’s not entirely obvious what the best finishing option is there, so that might require a bit of extra planning.

That said, once installed, they look absolutely amazing. The teal blue colour really stands out and gives a clean, modern finish. Definitely worth it if you’re after something a bit different.

Fitted over existing tiles. The blue metro effect is just what we wanted without the hassle of retiling.

The panels were quickly delivered and we think it’s an excellent product at a fair price.

We went and picked the coverings up and the staff were so helpful. They were easy to fit and look great.

It was a lot easier to fit then I thought once I managed to work out how to cut it which I did with a jigsaw which was easy to do as long as you got it straight ha ha

Arrived quicker than originally stated. Apart from finding somewhere to lay it flat until the joiner was ready to install, everything was fine. (we put it under a bed and put doubled up towels under the legs to prevent marking

I bought Bevel Metro Tile White (150mm x 75mm) (Tiled Panels).

The quality of these and specifically the synthetic grouting is VERY poor. It is already flaking and chipping and the boards are going to look rather a mess in a short period of time!

The synthetic grouting on this product just doesn’t work and isn’t fit for purpose.

I would avoid this product on that basis

We bought Bevel Metro Tile White with
Dark Grey grouting and it is absolutely perfect for our small kitchenette. Excellent quality and looks amazing.

I was choosing a shower panel for my new campervan because Reco are the preferred provider of the company doing the conversion. I can see why. The end product is excellent, and because I wanted a bespoke image, I needed more contact with various members of staff. Everyone was so helpful and keen to deliver a product I would be happy with - they were as delighted with how it turned out as I was!

The tiles came super fast, easy to cut with the right bladed saw (if the panels are warmer they cut easier) they look amazing. I would recommend them a million times over!
Only downside is side is there is literally no customer service. I don’t mean bad, I mean, there is no one to contact email or phone.
But if you read the instructions on the website and plan carefully, you should be ok.
Also, another bit of advice, the glue dries quite quickly, so to avoid air bubbles, put the glue on and get it up as quick as possible lol.

I ordered the small flat metro white, acrylic. It’s not cheap and the delivery costs are quite high. As a DIYer, I was a bit nervous about the first cut but after that I was confident in the end. It does look very neat and tidy. The product was quite forgiving given it was installed in an old property the walls weren’t perfect, but the final effect looks great.
