I came to Patrick initially whilst putting together a business plan for a buy-to-let business. He gave me generous amounts of his time to go over and refine some of the details, as well as taking me around the Coventry city area to help me better understand the kind of property market I was getting into. I feel very confident moving forwards with the new business model and also relying on Patrick and his team to manage things when I am out of the country. I recommend getting in touch with Patrick first if you are heading down a similar road, there is nothing more valuable than good advice.
