Redbridge's directly-employed personnel were great: professional efficient, tidy and very helpful.
However, their contracted scaffolders left several broken tiles, which Redbridge have failed to replace months after we raised the issue - despite promises that they would rectify it.

Booked a survey for solar & batteries a month in advance. On the day, no one showed up.
Tried to contact them to let them know, not even a reply.

I know companies like that are now busy and some of them don't even accept new clients, but not even replying and missing a meeting already arranged is very poor.

I used Redbridge and Sons for my solar + battery installation, integrating to an existing Zappi charger. The team were friendly, helpful and professional, dealing with supply chain issues and teething problems brilliantly. I recommend them.

Redbridge and Sons installed a solar energy system at my cottage, including solar panels, electric car charger and batteries. My cottage is very old, which made a number of steps throughout the process rather difficult. My sincerest gratitude and appreciation to the whole team at Redbridge and Sons: they mastered every single hurdle brilliantly, working hard and tirelessly, adapting to whatever was thrown at them, without ever losing their cheerful and friendly spirit. Redbridge installed a 15 panel 6kW PV array, together with 2x 8kWh GivEnergy batteries, at our domestic property in late June 2022.

All aspects of the installation, from initial remote survey through installation to commissioning, were completed with the utmost professionalism by clearly competent tradesmen, always polite and who were a pleasure to have in our home.

One month on, the system has worked efficiently with no problems; it’s great to see our smart meter reading zero for most of the day!
