Mocking compassionate organisations like PETA, you should be ashamed of yourselves

Ordered an item that arrived with different dimensions than advertised. Shared clear photos with the customer service team and asked that the larger size option be sent as a replacement. Finally, after some pointless back and forth that was I felt was stalling on their part, they said the larger size wasn't available (even though you could order it on the website) and offered me a voucher for the same amount. I demanded a refund instead (never using Redbubble again) and am still waiting for my money back.

Ordered a cd through Amazon.nl. Received no tracking and it never arrived. No status messages. Only as soon as i inquired i got a message that the goods were damaged during transport. Don't trust this company.

Wish I would’ve read reviews on here before ordering, it’s 2 weeks after the delivery date and I’m still waiting but going by the reviews it’s always happening, will never use red bubble again.

Ordered a card when it arrived a letter was missing off the card design. I've been told...'it's the design and that is correct how it's printed'

The card was a picture of Quato with 'open your mind' instead it said 'open your min'

They gave me a voucher for the amount but won't be ordering from them again because it's just poor service and quality.

Would never have ordered a birthday card from this site if I had known they use Evri as it will not arrive in time if taken 4 days to get to Evri before even attempting delivery! Doubt it will ever turn up.

I ordered a tshirt from Redbubble for my son ,who lives in Austria. I live in the UK. The site states they deliver to most countries, which is ideal as I can order from the UK, for the item to be delivered direct to Austria. I was told it was bespoke, and non-returnable, which was fine with me. Ordered on 25th June, delivery date between 2-6th July 2026. It didn't arrive, I sent a query, and was told it would arrive by 13th July and I was offered a percentage-off next order voucher. It didn't arrive by 13th. On 15th July, I was told the order was lost in transit, as the address I gave was 'not valid'. The address I gave is my son's address in Austria, same address for 8 years, to which I have sent many parcels for birthdays/Christmas, all of which have been delivered fine. I have been offered for them to re-send, but to a different address! Or something else at discount - which I will defintely NOT be taking them up on - I don't want another lost parcel. I have requested a full refund including postage, and I am waiting for a reply to that request. I won't be ordering from them again.

Hi i bought This Talbot Sunbeam Lotus T shirt because i am a fan of these Cars from the early 1980s. This T-shirt is well made and good quality, the Home Mechanic can work on these early 1980s Cars in Great Britain. i have a 1984 Fiat X1/9 Sportscar from 1984 now and i had a Y reg Triumph Tr7 in the early 1990s. i should have done more Diy Mechanics on my Tr7. i recommend Redbubble's T shirt

Tried contacting Rbubble twice no response, left a message online then had a response message online How can we help,?I left a message leaving my name and my shipping number/order and the following day again the same automated message How can we help not even confirming the message and order number. So I sent another email on the 7th may saying Hello my order you shipped with the estimated delivery date of 29th April-4th of may never arrived so I tried using your tracking number 77924521 which doesn't exist. It's now the 7th of may and still no sign.on one email it says awaiting delivery and on another ot says it hasn't been shipped?. This was on the 7th I sent the email and now it's time 9th may evening and notjong so this afternoon I sent an email saying Hello it's been two days since I emailed you do you treat all your customers like this? It's not nice being ignored and let down. For a company this size a bed side manner is needed.

Poor quality product. The mug I ordered for my dad's birthday wasn't as depicted on website. Depicted as matte and dishwasher friendly - is neither of those things. The design is much harder to see than in the photos as the white outlines are mostly dark grey on a black background.
Also insanely expensive postage (an extra £10) just to receive it within 3 days. Definitely not worth the money and won't use anything on Redbubble again. Might send it back if my Dad agrees.

EDIT - to top it all off, I've just read that they won't give a refund for it, and that I'll only get a voucher or an exchange. Absolute joke. Steer clear.

Very bad experience. My order was delivered to the wrong house, i have emailed redbubble several times only to be ignored. Keep well clear of this company. Once they have your money they don't care. Will not be ordering from them again

Bought 3 T shirts, and I’m surprised how good they are. Read some bad reviews but risked it. So glad I did. Only down side is they use Evri which means it’s pot luck if your order ever arrives.

Commande 75270655 de 25,38 euros passée et débitée le 22/09/2025. Depuis, aucune nouvelle. Le suivi s'est arrêté sur "expédié". Aucun contact possible. Sans aucun doute et au vu d'autres posts le site marchand est une arnaque et cette société est véreuse ...

SCAMMERS!!Ordered some novelty socks for a Christmas present that ended up costing £17!They arrived but you can’t see the design at all!!emailed to complain and was told they don’t refund I have to choose something else to the value of the socks!I didn’t bother,so I’m out of pocket with no socks!!!🤬

The company might be good, but they use Evri. 3 packages ordered in the last week.
1 supposedly delivered to my shed, not there when I got home 20 mins later. The other 2 through the letterbox of the vacant flat next door.

i have joined red bubble in March 2022as an Artist, in the month of October 2022, i made a sale. From then i have made few sales (8) till dec 2024. My account was suspended ,but no clarity.They are quoting five general reasons for suspension .but not specifying any particular reason ,appealed 2 or 3 times, ...but response is same...quoting five general reasons for suspension .but not specifying any particular reason. Its been almost a year. They have not reinstated my account...Unable to login .. They have a threshold limit of 20$ ..So they are not paying the amount...Its seems to be scam...
