Red Crane Wellness is an acupuncture and Chinese medicine clinic in Chattanooga, Tennessee, serving patients across Hamilton County and the surrounding region. The practice was founded by Dr. Ariadni Spinali, a board-certified acupuncturist who has been treating patients since 2015 and opened the Chattanooga clinic in 2022 after building a successful practice in California. She is joined by Dr. Emily Clark, a licensed acupuncturist and Doctor of Acupuncture with a specialization in Chinese herbal medicine. The clinic treats a wide range of conditions, including chronic and acute pain, women's health concerns, digestive disorders, migraines, insomnia, and stress. Red Crane Wellness also offers SAAT for patients with Alpha Gal syndrome and other allergy-related conditions. Alongside acupuncture, the practice provides herbal prescriptions, nutritional guidance, supplement support, dry needling, cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, and electric stimulation. What sets the practice apart is its emphasis on individualized care and diagnostic depth. Dr. Spinali has spent over a decade studying medical pulse diagnosis with masters of the technique, a level of training that is uncommon among practitioners and that helps clarify complex cases from the first visit. Initial appointments run about an hour and include a full health history, physical exam, and tongue and pulse diagnosis. Red Crane Wellness does not sell treatment packages or lock patients into long-term commitments.
