I really enjoyed the three day First Aid course with Red Cross Training.Heather was a great trainer, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience enjoyable and easy to follow.
The three days were a great mix of learning, practical exercises, games, and demonstrations, which made it much easier to understand and remember what we were taught. We had plenty of opportunities to practise the skills ourselves and ask questions along the way.
I’m leaving the course feeling much more confident and prepared to deal with first aid situations. It was a really useful and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely recommend the course to others.

Our trainer was outstanding (my course ref 1333023) and really helped make my learning experience really rewarding. His passion for his job and for First Aid generally shone through. The course was well paced, the group was a good size, the teaching materials were clear and I felt able to ask lots of questions.
I hope to never have to use anything that I learned on the course, however I honestly think I absorbed enough that should the need arise I will be able to rise to the occasion.

I recently completed my first aid training with the British Red Cross and had a really positive experience. The training was extremely useful and gave me some great knowledge and practical skills that I feel everyone should have.
The tutor was fantastic they made the training fun, funny and lively, which kept everyone engaged and made the information much easier to remember. It was a great balance of learning and enjoyment.

I would definitely recommend the British Red Cross first aid training to anyone. It’s valuable knowledge to have and I’m really glad I took the course.

I learnt more than I thought I would, as it was a refresher course for me, but just shows the value of continuous training.

A brilliant hands-on first aid course that made even the most nervous student confident and calm by the end of the day! Helen, who taught our session, was absolutely wonderful. She made the session engaging, put the whole group at ease, and made sure everyone was confident during all the hands-on training.

Was not looking forward to it but the instructor was amazing and fun!
