The UI is really easy to figure out, and it's very reliable. I especially like the easy URL shortner, far better than many of the alternatives. The redirects include SSL. Really generous free plan. Been using for quite awhile now.

We tried many other similar URL redirection vendors to see which was the best fit for us. Other vendor products were difficult to set up and get our redirects working, with confusing admin dashboards. Also, other vendor URL redirects failed when using SSL or testing with Incognito / private window redirects.

With RedirHub, we had none of the issues described above. The setup was super easy, and we were able to get everything working very quickly. There were no issues using redirects with SSL or with Incognito / private window redirects.

I find their service extremely reliable. Our project has been using their 301 redirect service for the past six months, and it has remained consistently stable throughout.

It has an incredible operation, it is a very powerful tool.

I tested RedirHub and had a very positive experience. The redirects work flawlessly, the platform is fast, and the dashboard is simple and easy to manage. Very reliable, fast method for a URL redirect.
We use to redirect from a short address name to a long address name that makes it much easier for our users

I set up a URL shortener for a QR code that was to be printed on the back of a book that was being published. The QR code would direct readers to supporting material to go alongside the book. The URL was tested several times before being sent to be published, and worked 100% correctly.

After a couple of months, readers were reporting that the QR code was no longer working. After looking into it, I found that the shortened URL supplied by RedirHub was no longer redirecting to my given URL. A lot of research and not a lot of transparency from RedirHub found that there was an unresolvable issue with the shortened URL.

By this time, several hundred books had been sent to readers with the broken QR code printed on the back. This reflects poorly on our business and instills zero confidence that RedirHub can supply a stable and robust service.

As the core of their business fell apart in this instance and caused us irreparable damage for these readers, I cannot recommend RedirHub to anyone.

After redirecting my domain to their 301 service, I only received robotic responses and no human assistance.
Completely no one.
My website was inaccessible for three days as a result.
This has been a disaster.
