Having recently become a full time property investor my planned strategy was to focus on BRR HMO's and Serviced Accommodation in order to maximise cashflow as quickly as possible, However having joined webinars with Gordie Duttfield and Abi Hookway talking about off plan opportunities in Birmingham, I was quickly persuaded that this could be a lucrative strategy. Entire business model is taking a cut from a construction company to sell property on to unsuspecting “investors”. All sorts of spurious claims on their website and cringeworthy, low rent instagram accounts to make it seem like living tax free in Monaco or in a high rise in England is at the top of everyone’s aspirations.

Gordie and his team have been knowledgeable and friendly and made the experience of buying off plan as stress-free as possible. Would highly recommend them.
