A special shoutout to James and the Sydney AU team, they’ve been incredibly helpful. I own a paddle board kit with all the accessories, including the oar and straps. When my oar broke, they quickly express shipped a replacement and made the whole process really easy, even while I took my time submitting the video evidence.
More recently, I lost the strap that keeps the inflatable compact when not in use, which isn’t something you can usually purchase separately. I reached out, and they kindly sent me a replacement free of charge.
Really appreciate the support and great customer care! You don't find this around much these days. Have been singing their praises to anyone who'll listen.
Great investment!

Hubby and I bought 2 lightweight backpacks at the NEC camping and caravan show last month - just what we were looking for to use on our regular walks on the Cornish SW Coast Path! They have all the pockets and space we need at a fraction of the weight of other backpacks and most importantly, 2 drink bottle side pockets which are so hard to find! The team on the show stand were absolutely lovely, very knowledgeable and friendly - thoroughly recommend 🤗

The new insulated adventure flask is great . No more spills or dips when opening to drink. Easy to clean and feels great in the hand . Love the bright colour 🧡.
The waterproof 40l Mission kit bag is excellent, fully waterproof, comfortable to carry full dry kit over distance.
Having recently had a terrible experience with a supposed waterproof roll top dry bag from another company where I came back from a long rainy training session on the water, cold and wet to find all my dry clothes floating in a pool of water…
Nightmare….. But because of that experience I found this amazing company.
I can say that this bag is a delight, well constructed, looks good and is 100% waterproof and 100% reliable. Always delivers dry kit every time and great customer service with speedy delivery. Great pockets and even a wet kit section and changing mat, guarantee you will love it.

The staff were so helpful when I was finding the zip on my waterproof changing robe beginning to be difficult to open and close. I use it for sea swimming everyday and so it's a vital piece of equipment for me!
I emailed the problem and I heard back almost immediately. They solved the problem very quickly and my robe zip now works like new!
I told my sea swimming friends and they are all very impressed too! What brilliant customer service!

Very good service. I had an issue with delivery and they sorted it fast. It’s when things go wrong that you see if a company is trustworthy and read really showed up in a positive way when I had an issue I will buy from them again.
I needed to replace a clamp on a SUP paddle, which had been broken by misuse, but the part was no longer available due to supply issues. However, Lauren, Lauryn and the team were most helpful in finding a part which, with a small adjustment aided by a helpful video, fits the paddle perfectly. Excellent service.
Uses fake AI models, so their products have nothing to do with what is shown on their website.
Joke, lack of seriousness and professionalism.
Avoid at all cost.

I shopped around all the usual companies for a waterproof changing robe and the Red Equipment one easily came out top. Great colours, soft warm lining and very practical with a range of pockets for lots of different jobs.
Mine came with a free dry bag which is great. I take it to the lake and the swimming pool.
I ended up ordering lots of sizes as I’d never owned a dry robe coat before and wasn’t sure how big it should be. Customer service/ returns were faultless. It was great to deal with such a friendly and switched on company.
I purchased a slimline parka for my son in the stealth black for his birthday and it is excellent. The quality and look of the coat is first class and ideal for this current winter weather. It is rainproof and the warm fleece interior is very comfortable. I have now just ordered another for his brother who also wants one for his birthday! My oldest son is 6’3” and the large size fits him well - the extra large (his normal size) would probably have been a bit big .

My caramel Evo waterproof parka slim cut arrived yesterday. Had to wait some time for it to arrive as it was out of stock well worth the wait, I am so pleased with it the colour is gorgeous. Wore it today weather cold and rainy and I was so warm. Customer service good kept me up to date with my delivery.

I was after a changing robe for my wife in a particular size (XS, they've not had them before in A. Blue) and colour (Alpine Blue) after she found the Small was too big. George at Red was particularly helpful informing that a new shipment was to arrive, and that he would inform me when they were available to purchase. And that's when something strange happened, he didn't forget, thank you George

My 10-8 Red Paddle Board exploded while sitting in the shade, inflated to 16psi, is 7 years old with very little use and I asked if they would replace it and they pretty much laughed at me. It was quite slow to paddle but stable and the two stage pump is good. I guess I hoped that buying a premium product would mean it would last a long time but clearly I was naive. Oh well, I guess I will replace it with a rigid SUP

I lost the chest straps to my bag, I enquired about buying some more and without hesitation they just sent me some.

Bombarded by their marketing & decided to give them a try when requiring a backpack for a trip. Ordered the product. Nothing. Eventually received an email with a link to track. Had to give up personal & private details to get to tracking details. Alas, nothing again. Eventually received an email from AustPost indicating the package requires a signature to deliver. Contacted this company only to be bulls*itted to that it was an AustPost issue. Sent a screen shot from AustPost proving it was actually Red Equipment and how they sent the package. Disappointing. I now have to incur the time & cost to pickup the parcel from the AustPost store. Worse, I have missed the timing to get the backpack for the trip. Guttered. Who sends packages these days requiring the inconvenience of signing for them for low $values AND preventing the customer from changing the delivery options !!! Not happy. Waste of time & money. This company is a waste of space and there are MUCH better companies that don't treat customer with contempt.
Great customer service and friendly people who are always willing to help. The phone is answered quickly too. You will not regret buying their products as they are very well made and very reliable.
