I ordered brake pads and they charged me for two sets and I got two sets. I only needed one and I have not got a return slip yet for one of them. I ordered disc for the front and brake cylinders for the back. Everything is fine. I just have one set that I don't need.

The Toro rechargeable replacement battery was exactly what I was looking for. It was an exact match of my existing battery. I got it for a great price ( lowest I could find online) and it was delivered in just a few days.

Perfect transaction, very helpful and professional

Order was a few Kawasaki decals for my zero turn. I made a mistake on the prefix for the decal and accidentally ordered the wrong one. I contacted Red Rock and immediately was greeted by Bob and he took care of my mistake and kept in contact with me until my item was shipped. That is frankly the best customer service I have had in a long time… That is how American businesses should be. I thank you Bob for outstanding professionalism and service. Parts came and installed flawlessly and could not have expected more.
