This must be the tightest company I’ve ever dealt with
I purchased a Ring battery and a few months later it stopped charging. Red Rock kindly offered an exchange subject to me returning all supplied accessories the box, and lead etc.
After waiting nearly a month for the replacement (apparently they mislaid my return) it then arrived minus the power lead. Now I am being asked either drive 180 miles to collect it or pay the postage to return my own power lead!

To clarify, we didn’t initially receive your return, which is why there was a delay in sending a replacement. Once it became clear there had likely been an issue with the courier and the item was misdelivered, we arranged a replacement as a gesture of goodwill.
Regarding the power lead, this item is not included with the product as standard, which is stated on the listing. However, we did offer to supply one as a goodwill gesture, asking only that postage be covered.
We appreciate your feedback and we're sorry we weren't able to offer a more positive outcome.

Sadly after having the watch for 10 months it stopped charging. I contacted Google but as I'd bought the watch from eBay they recommended I contacted the seller. So I did. These guys were absolutely great. They asked me to send the watch back to them (for free) and then issued me a replacement a day out two afterwards. They responded to all my queries quickly, efficiently and kept me updated on my return. Great customer service. I would recommend buying from this company in the future.

Bought on 16th, arrived 19th. Blink camera plus sync device at great price. I could not believe how straight forward the setup process was. It all worked well for me. This one takes memory stick. So no subscription ahead for me. Txs.

No packaging or charging lead
Bought two Ring batteries. These were advertised as returns - ie packaging may be imperfect. No packaging at all ( except bubble wrap) and no charging lead. No even sure if these are genuine. Just charging them now.
