I was recently in contact with Red Rose who helped me take out a new life policy. I had an existing one but it didn't cover me for what I needed.
Everyone I spoke to at Red Rose ( sorry I cant remember your names, Phillip?) were extremely helpful and polite but above all not at all pushy!!! Which was very important to me. Although not pushy they did follow up on things they said they would promptly.
I Would definitely definitely recommend to family and friends. Although now I am fully covered I will never need their services again myself!

My existing life policy was coming to an end and Red Rose contacted me. Jordan was very helpful in providing different options for different durations and made the whole process very simple. I had done some initial internet searches and was concerned that an over 50 policy was going to be very costly but this has not been the case.

Red Rose were amazing and so supportive when I lost my husband very unexpectedly. They helped me through an extremely difficult time in my life with compassion and ensured my policy was paid out quickly.

I have to say what excellent service Red Rose provided. My wife sadly was diagnosed with with a terminal illness, from speaking to the insurance company to being paid out only took three weeks. A big thanks to Phil and all the team at Red Rose.

I don't normally answer marketing calls but I'm so glad I did as it prompted me to check my current life insurance claim and found out it was due to end November 2026. Jordan and team worked really hard to get what I wanted, going above and beyond what other insurance companies would have done.

I've been with Red Rose inurance for years now and have consistently been impressed with them. I've changed policies and plans in that time and their customer service sets them apart from all other insurance providers I've experienced. There is nothing they won't do in order to help you understand the services and products you're receiving and go out of their way to make your life as easy as possible.

Honesty is their best quality...and policy. Phil took over as our advisor and clearly set out what to expect in an ever changing market for insurance, he worked his diligent magic and sure enough, cheaper, more comprehensive and less exceptions. BRILLIANT. Can't fault his/their work, have gone through Red Rose Insurance twice now and received an amazing service. Recommended! What have you got to loose!

From start to finish, Phillip from Red Rose Insurance provided an exceptional service. He was very friendly and very professional throughout the process and he made us felt we were being looked after and he became like a friend and not just a salesperson.

Phil and Red Rose team were outstanding. Great, very timely, advice, clearly given with professionalism and patience throughout.
Simple guidance, well put across with humour and humility.
I have used RR before and got enticed away by promises of a better offering elsewhere. My bad, I was so glad when Phil and team sorted the mess out for me, should have trusted my instinct and stayed with these great Lancashire lads all along. Will not be moving again. Cannot speak highly enough of the, thoroughly recommend you give them a call.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would, especially to Jordan!
I live quite a busy life and understandable sometimes these types of calls can take a while, but this man made time for me, even if it was just a quick 20 minutes here and there.
I have never experienced customer service like it. I would recommend to anyone and everyone!
