IT at Redwood RX still leaves a lot to be desired
I originally followed the steps to see if I was qualified for the advertised medication. But then at the last step the system was unable to set up my account. After a whole week of back and forth with support at redwoodrx.com, I was finally able to log in to the patient portal which showed mostly correct information for my order BUT then something went wrong again. I noticed in my profile that my contact phone number that is necessary for the consultation with the MD was wrong. I was able to change it in my profile but when I clicked SAVE, an error message appeared and the change was not saved. So at this point, I am part way there because I have a profile that I can log in to but I still have not had the medication shipped but I cannot correct my phone number for the MD to consult with me. I am seriously unwhelmed with IT at RedwoodRX and I am not very hopeful that the medication (if it ever arrives) will live up to its billing.
