I bought 2 pairs of the swim shorts for my husband and after less than 10 weeks of wear during several summer holidays, the elastic totally gave up and rendered the shorts unwearable. These shorts were expensive and I expected good quality items. However, to me there is a fault with the design but I have been fobbed off by their customer service. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company after this experience.

Very good quality clothing, which was beautifully packaged. I had to return them and get a slightly smaller size and, when I returned the items, both the replacements and the refund (refund of the original order, as I ordered replacements before returning the originals) were very prompt.
Great to support a new home-grown brand.

Superb clothes delivered in excellent packaging. Great customer backup with a constantly changing stock

Reef Knots are an ace company who LISTENS👂🏽 to their customers when things, unfortunately, go wrong. They are RESPONSIVE, CARE and sell QUALITY products. I would 100% recommend them and definitely buy from them again (and NO they're not paying me to say this!)

Speedy delivery, well packaged and good quality product

The overall quality of my Zip Sweater is excellent, good fit and as my 19yr old daughter commented looks expensive and of good quality. Soft too the touch and as at present does not appear to pluck after several times of wearing.

I am really pleased with the product I bought. It is of really good quality and I would not hesitate to but from Reef Knots again. Customer service was excellent too since I had to re-size the original order. All done in a week
