Helpful and responsive - very fast turnaround!

The customer support at Refari is excellent. Aaron and the team always respond quickly and are so helpful. Aaron always take the time to explain solutions clearly, and will often provide a short video to support his response. I have learnt so much through these videos meaning that I am able to resolve more things independently, which makes the whole process quicker and more efficient. I really value the support and the time given into making sure everything is clear. I would happily recommend Refari to anyone.

Refari has been a solid partner for our firm, hosting our website and integration with our ATS. They are quick to respond when we need support and provide solutions every time. When we require troubleshooting (due to our own lack of knowledge) they provide video messages to teach us best practices going forward. We are in Canada, so it's reassuring to know that a support ticket submitted during our work day will bring a resolution by the following morning from the team at Refari. Thank you!

We've been with Refari now for a couple of years and can honestly say Aaron and the team are without question, the best providers of any sort, I have worked with in my career. Regardless of the issue (and lets face it, most of the time it's a case of 'loose head on the user' - us - than the product... but EVERYTIME, the matter is promptly acknowledged, investigated and always solved. Communication is outstanding; you know what's happening, and what the outcome is. We were referred to Refari from an industry collegue, and would recommend Refari to anyone looking for this solution. 11/10!

Three years later and Refari remains one of our favourite vendors. We love the product and the constant, ongoing innovation. We literally cannot keep up with the imrpoved functionality that they provide. But what sets Aaron and his team apart is the customer service. They are literally based on the other side of the world from us but respond faster, fix things quicker, provide more insightful feedback than the vast majority of North American vendors that we work with.

The team at Refari are exceptional. We were encouraged by our marketing company to change players and went with a website developer who specialises in recruitment websites and sold us on all the bells and whistles. The process was painful, went way over time and when we went live there was a bug on the system which meant people could not search for jobs. They ignored us for 2 weeks. In that time Refari built a new website, with better functionality, that works! They are amazingly responsive and efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

These guys make a great product with thoughtful contributions to feature enhancements and product development. They are always on top of support and our recruiting tech stack is much improve with the contribution of their features and functions. I wish all of our software providers were as competent and dedicated to quality and customer experience as Refari! I'd easily give them 10 stars if I could.
