Innovative way of verifying experience!

In a super saturated job market, it’s increasingly difficult for employers to find the right talent and for job seekers to land roles that they’re a great fit for.

There’s a huge amount of skill and talent in foreign developers which goes unnoticed and is missed out on by companies when they’re unable to verify the past experiences of these workers.

Workers also have a hard time proving their experiences even though they very well exist.

Referencecheck.online does an amazing job in solving these problems with their innovative platform that work on verifying workers’ experiences.

It’s super easy for employees to put all their documentation, references and more in one centralised place. Additionally it provides employers the ability to validate candidates’ experiences quickly and confidently.

Immigrant job readiness experience

I am a Software Engineer who moved from India to Canada in September 2025. I joined the ReferenceCheck.online pilot through referral.

Before moving to Canada, I researched the challenges new immigrants face. Since I have to start from scratch, it is hard to prove my work experience and provide local references. With ReferenceCheck.Online, I was able to pre-collect references and employment records before I left India. It was weird for me that I couldn’t see my own references, but later I realized the system was built to protect referees' confidential responses.

After arrival, I share everything with recruiters via a single secure link. The process was straightforward. The recruiters were a bit reluctant at the beginning, but later they loved everything that was presented to them. They had a clear picture of me even before my interviews.

I have yet to create a badge and add it to my LinkedIn profile.

Because of this, I booked interviews more quickly, and my onboarding went more smoothly.

One improvement I’d love to see: Multilingual.

Overall, I recommend ReferenceCheck.online to other newcomers who want to bring their career proof with them and avoid last-minute scrambling.
