The most amazing customer service and support team!

We have been with RefillRx for a number of years and have been absolutely satisfied with their service and especially their support team.

They are always, and I do mean always, super helpful and super prompt in responding, especially Melissa!

Since the launch of our pharmacies drive thru COVID test center in November we have conducted close to 100,000 tests. RefillRX Connect and their COVID services website features have been critical to our success in keeping our community informed and updated. Thank you for the outstanding effort.

I've owned an independent pharmacy for just over 12 months. During this time, I've changed dozens of vendors for a variety of services and products. Most days I am disappointed in what is offered to independents like me.

RefillRx Connect has been the outlier. Since I went live with them they have been amazing. They are consistently responsive, and understand the urgency when we need things to "work". I never feel like I am bothering them.

I'll look forward to some app updates (face ID or touch ID would be great), but their webpage editing capabilities has allowed me untold opportunities with up-to-the minute updates for COVID testing and vaccinations. We have gotten so many customer compliments on the ease of use and functionality of the website.

I've second guessed a few of my vendor choices in the last year, but RefillRx Connect has never been one of them. So happy to be partnered with them!

Covid-19 pandemic created two big issues for our pharmacy. Due to our limited space, we could not have many people in the store; and a few our employees could not continue working; therefore, the pharmacy hours had to be reduced. RefillRx Connect was able to help us resolve both of those problems. Patients are able to order their medications at their convenience from their home or smart phone. The staff was amazing at helping us customize our website and are always quick about updating any information. We are very satisfied with their service.

The only thing is I wish there was more than 1GB of email space on the server per account.

REFILL RX HAS BEEN WITH OUR PHARMACY FROM DAY ONE. FROM WEBSITE TO OUR APP, COULD NOT HAVE BEEN ANY EASIER. RESULTS HAVE BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL AND OUR CUSTOMERS LOVE BOTH. CUSTOMERS ARE ABLE TO VIEW THEIR PROFILES AND REQUEST REFILLS EASILY. WE ARE CONSTANTLY CHANGING ADVERTISED ITEMS AND EVERYTIME THEIR STAFF ARE SO NICE AND ACCOMODATING. EVEN ADDED A WEEKLY DEVOTIONAL TO OUR SITE TO SPREAD THE GOSPEL.

Melissa Holsapple is awesome. What better time to enhance your product than when a Pandemic hits !! Her guidance and perseverance has assisted us on many decisions. I have always found RefillRx to be reliable and the functionality very simple to use. Her responsiveness to questions is exemplary. I love the RefillRx platform and is a vital part of our pharmacy buisness. They continually strive to develop ways to enhance my pharmacy business.

Always quick with responding to my requests for frequent changes to our website banner. A couple of times I did not receive a response but nonetheless they had completed what I asked. I just like an email response so I'm sure my requests are completed.

Janet and her staff always go above and beyond to meet our pharmacies needs. We switched over one of our pharmacies initially to try them out and quickly ended up switching our other location over as well. They are attentive and always very responsive and able to get things done quickly. Definitely recommend.

The team at Refillrx is awesome. The website was up and running in a few days, the app too was up in a record time. They don't waste any time! the website is a great quality and the team worked with me and customized the site to my business needs. Customer service above and beyond, I worked with Janet most of the time and she is awesome, she gets things done really quickly and she is very nice. I was pleased with RefillRx response during COVID, they were quick to implement changes that made our job easier.
