Staff were friendly, and seemed like a good deal with 4 bottles for £10. They are unusable, hardly any fruit taste and tastes mostly like household cleaner. I was sick after using one of the flavour... Ver más

When I stepped into the store, I was warmly greeted by Martina, who provided a wealth of knowledge and guidance on choosing the perfect vape for my preferences. She patiently let me try out several options until I found the one that felt just right. I also appreciated the wide selection of vape products and accessories they had on display. I'm thoroughly satisfied with my purchase and will definitely be returning for all my vaping needs. Well done, Refill Station!

When i got my vape initially from a different store, I was a bit confuse about the actual liquid for my vape, but when i got to the refill station, they gave me different varieties of flavour to taste before buying, this made me got the right e-liquid for my vape. The customer service was top notch. I never regretted it.

Helpful and inexpensive
My visit to this store today was a nice experience. The staff were most helpful. I asked them to show me simple vapes for an elderly person. I came away satisfied with my purchases.

Terrible Customer Service, Faulty Product ( only purchased on 10 April 2023) 3 times this week been into the Shop. I have had to resort to contacting Trading Standards

Liquids taste more like cleaning fluid
Staff were friendly, and seemed like a good deal with 4 bottles for £10. They are unusable, hardly any fruit taste and tastes mostly like household cleaner. I was sick after using one of the flavours. I guess it's my bad for not trying before I buy, but I'll probably have to bin the lot as they are totally unusable.
On another note the store has been great, regularly use them for disposables. Just a shame the liquids taste nothing like them!

testing stations are available in store for you to try. sorry you don't like your flavours i think you would prefer our bar flavours as these are the same kind of nicotine that is used in disposables.

I am very disappointed
I have been buying from here for years and was very disappointed when I purchased a new vape that has falling apart within 2 weeks of having it. I have tried to contact them and have had no reply at all.
