Terrible company, I have emailed them about 5 times about my order and not once have they replied. They are scamming anyone who buys items from there site

The company is a Scam..

No Stars! Never been so disappointed. Lost money. This company is fraudulent. The clothes are not as described .There is no label or size on the clothes. The quality of the clothes is very poor, very rough and material is not as described. They advertised the clothes as Cotton and linen. The clothes were 35% polyester. The clothes were nothing like the pictures. Shipping took more than 2 weeks to arrive, whereas on the site it mentioned 3 working days. They mislead customer with false advertisement. They are Scammers, they refused to give me a full refund.

Ordered an extra large hooded jacket to allow for a warm jumper underneath. When it eventually arrived it was small, no size or washing labels. I contacted customer service, I use the term lightly, and was assured that I had been sent the size requested. I questioned how they could know this when they have no sizing in their garments. After a few email exchanges and sending them photos of the jacket with a tape measure proving it was much too small, they agreed to send me a replacement. I was advised that I should keep the original garment. I agreed, although was sceptical given how many complaints this company has received, but over 3 weeks later the new jacket has - surprise, surprise - not arrived. I have now discovered that emails are no longer being accepted, constantly bouncing back. I am kicking myself that I failed to check reviews first, I normally do, but please DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY

Items took a while to arrive and sizing inaccurate. When asked to return items offered another opportunity to pay delivery for the next size up and to keep original order. Now I have replied to this offer and can see that the email has bounced back, almost as if the company does not exist. Definitely for not buy from this company.

Dress turned up faulty and also NOTHING like the picture. Paid £45 for it, they told me they'd give me a partial refund of £9 if I don't want to send the dress back but if I do I've got to pay £28 to get it shipped back to china!

I bought a bag for my daughter back in august . It has still not arrived . Really impersonal responses back and ignoring my request to be refunded . Coming up to 3 months wait now . Appalling service and customer service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE TOTAL CROOKS. THE GARMENT MUST HAVE COME FROM CHINA AND NOT NETHERLANDS AS IT TOOK WEEKS TO ARRIVE. SHODDY WORKMANSHIP, NO LABELS, DID NOT FIT AT ALL AND RETURN WOULD HAVE COST TOO MUCH. HEED ALL THE REVIEWS RUBBISH!!

Took forever to arrive and the quality is so poor its unwearable! £27 and put it straight in the pile for charity! Guess they are making a killing as must be paying pence for the making of the item. Dont waste your money

Ordered what looks like a oversized chunky cable knit hooded jumper looked nice on the picture ..what I got was a cheap flat knit short in the body 3 quarter sleeves and a large baggy hood .it looks like it's been on a boil wash and shrunk .now thay say its going to cost me £10 to return it ....terrible .it cost £36 .avoid this company.

This isn't a European company!

This is a scam company that purposely sends unfinished tat, hoping that the returns process is too stressful to complete, and they were right.They are NOT based in Europe as stated on website. I'm disabled and have heart failure. I fully explained my circumstances and the fact I couldn't get out to print the rediculous forms of proof they requested They charge over £30 for returns too, all the way to where?

Beware of fees, ordered incorrect item and within minutes asked customer service to cancel so I could order correct item. Would not let me and said I would have to return but pay all return fees.

Dont deal with this company absolute poor quality goods all coming from China, I asked to return they said you need to send it to China cost off £30 they are based in Holland and using Chinese goods Scammers

Jumper finally arrived. Quality absolutely shit. Never buy from this company again.

BEWARE !
Absolutely dreadful quality. ‘Linen ‘ dress was like a piece of rag, and to get a refund the return address is in China ! NOTE. Nowhere on website does it state the return address. Tried really hard to get an address in UK, but was continually fobbed off with offer of partial discount ‘ to save me the time and cost ‘ of returning to China.
No return, no refund. A pure and simple case of fraudulent selling.

Proceed with Caution.

My daughter purchased a bag from this site with a promise of 1-3 days delivery. Tis of course did not happen. Ordered on the 27 August and we still have not received the item, to make it worse the inital email i sent asking where the item was they replied with a date which was before the order was even placed.. I wrote a complaint for a refund however they will not refund the money and have stated this is our fault as the item was delivered. They sent a picture of a package however we didn't know where this picture was. I then proceeded to email to question the delivery, they sent us the address of the location and this was 300 miles away from us. They then blamed us for entering an incorrect delivery address. We have have evidence showing our delivery address.
The emails back and for are a waste of time, they do not claim responsibility, their company service is terrible, phone number on site does not work.

I would avoid using this site for anything!!!!

Ordered two hooded beach shirts 30 July - delivered 15 August
Wow - wished I had read reviews before ordering from this company.
Similar experience to other reviews re- wrong sizes, poor quality, poor customer service.
Not a UK company - size chart supplied not reflective of UK sizes - I normally wear a size Large but from size chart had to be a Very large.
Delivered shirts - no shirt labels, nothing on packing (except what looked like a part torn sticky label taken off package), no invoice, no returns form. When measured they would show as nearer to a UK Small. Sent images of me wearing one of my own Large size shirts and one of theirs, with info re UK shirts sizes - fitted my 14 year old granddaughter beautifully.
As they had obviously sent wrong sizes and were wanted for an upcoming holiday I thought it best just to get my money back and buy somewhere else - may a real shop. I also asked for a returns postpaid label.
The first of many requests for a photo of shirts - each one I referred them back to my original email of 15 August.
Reply email suggested as “the sizing wasn’t right” and to “save the hassle” I pay £9 to get two correct size shirts delivered - suggesting I had ordered the wrong size!
I obviously turned the “offer” down and was then presented with three alternatives:
Return shirts to China with tracking at my own cost for a full refund
Gift them to someone else and get a 20% discount
Pay £9 to get correct sizes delivered
I replied that the shirts were sent wrong size and I shouldn’t be required to pay for their error - clarified the order:
  Your order confirmation email confirmed size XL
All delivery update emails confirmed size XL
The delivered email confirmed size XL
Reply email - “We have reported your case to our specialist department” - never subsequently heard from that department.

Altogether, 36 emails between us - many from Emily.

Contacted my bank raised a dispute - money refunded.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing one from start to finish.
My order arrived late, and when it finally did, the sizing and quality were completely off. What made matters worse was the poor customer service. I reached out to their support team three separate times to confirm the correct return address, as the website lists the Netherlands, but the return location turned out to be in China. Despite my concerns, I was repeatedly referred to a vague document instead of receiving a clear written confirmation.
To top it off, returning just one item would have cost me £26 - an unreasonable amount given the overall experience. I also found the customer service representative, Emily, to be unhelpful and condescending in her responses, which only added to the frustration.
Overall, I regret purchasing from this company. “Dissatisfied” doesn’t even begin to describe it. I won’t be ordering from them again.

AVOID- you get poor quality products from China that are not reflective of the website. If you try to return then you have to pay cost back to China and instructions on how to send back are so complicated and would be very time consuming - so they hope you will give up.

HORRIFIC. Ordered a jacket. Arrived Four weeks later. After being told 2/3 days. Kept sending e mails lying about delays, as we all know this company delivery’s from China .
When arrived it’s a CHEAP TRASH material nothing like the photo.
Ordered a size LARGE. Jacket was a size small.
I asked several times for a return form, kept asking me different questions and refusing to send a returns form.
Jacket has no labels on. So no size , no material, no washing instructions and no designer label.
Had ten e mail exchanges requesting a return form.
Keep sending me e mails asking me questions about the jacket, then asking for photos . Now asking for label sizes , I’ve already stated twice they are aware there is no labels on the jacket .
Being completely obstructive bullying and harassing me now, in the e mail requests.
This is causing me a lot of distress , I am disabled and housebound, they know this and won’t give me a return form or my money back .
Can someone please help me .
