AERIA Refrigeration repairs high-end built-in refrigeration in Southern California — Coachella Valley, Palm Desert, Conejo Valley, Calabasas and Malibu. We are the same independent repair business that operated as Sub-Zero Repair: same technician, same phone number, new name. The reviews on this profile were written by customers we served under that name. Our work is limited to refrigeration. Built-in and integrated refrigerators, freezer columns, ice makers, wine storage units and undercounter refrigeration: diagnosis, sealed-system repair, electronic controls, evaporator and condenser work, door and gasket alignment. We do not service cooking or laundry appliances. Some older reviews here concern replacement parts shipped under our previous name. We no longer sell parts online. Our work today is in-home refrigeration repair only. A diagnostic visit is $145. The technician arrives with a stocked van, explains what failed and why, and gives a written price before any repair begins. If a unit is not worth repairing, we say so. We are an independent repair company. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Sub-Zero Group, Inc. or any other manufacturer. Brand names are used only to describe the equipment we service. Hours: Monday to Friday. Weekend and holiday visits by arrangement.

Gasket arrived damaged
Gasket arrived damaged. Box was crumpled, and the gasket was damaged to the point where it is not effective and I will have to buy a new one.

The light bulb is over priced including $15 shipping. Considering Amazon sells the counterfeit version for 1/3 of the price.

Victor was incredibly responsive and kept me informed on everything he did, resolutions, and possible follow up if needed. He fit us in quickly, showed up on time, and was able to address our issue AND replace our water filter (was not on original service request). He even followed up within 24 hours to make sure all was working properly. SUPER service!!!!

Sub-Zero Service responded quickly
My old refrigerator broke down at the worst possible time, and I needed to find someone quickly who could get it back up and running. Sub-Zero Service responded quickly, and a technician arrived the next morning. He was professional and friendly, gave me a reasonable estimate, and explained and showed me everything. He also kept me informed of every step via text message so I didn't have to wonder what was going on. The repair work was done professionally, without loud music or mess. Before leaving, he checked everything with me and showed me how it worked.

Company is demanding a payment for a bad quality service
Engineer fitted the gaskets incorrectly and company is demanding a payment before rectifying them . Sub Zero is threatening to take me to the debt collectors.

This review describes a company in the United Kingdom. We are an independent repair company based in California and have never carried out work at this location. We have raised it with Trustpilot. Anyone reading this: our service area is Southern California only.
Outstanding Customer Service!
I had searched everywhere and could not find the parts for my Wolf range.
UNTIL!…I looked on the website wolfrepair.com.
Actually, I couldn’t find them there either, until I clicked “Contact Us”, and to my delight, I got an answer from Vincent, saying that they indeed had the parts that I was looking for.
He even sent me a picture of them and asked me to verify that they were the correct ones.
The email contained instructions on how to order the parts, and I was kept up to date on the shipping status.
The parts arrived quickly and they were perfect!
The entire process was a pleasure!
