I did not think I would get the Frigidaire water filter so fast .. I’m amazed .. and thankful .. will be shopping again !

Product (Frigidaire filter) appears to be a fake. Would not lock in place. Customer service said to remove piece from old filter to use on new one... The good news is that they did give me a full refund when I raised the issue of counterfeit products.

Refrigerator Filter Store has great prices and customer service. Bought water filters for my LG refrig which unfortunately compressor broke day after my order. Bought a new GE. lG Filters were returned without question and received full refund. Will be buying
filters from them in the future.

I ordered 2 filters. The box and the label on the filters look exactly like what I purchased from Sears. I even looked at the fine print; everything looks the same. But when I tried to install it, it would not work. After looking closely at the filter, the top of the filter has different groves than the one I had installed previously. They are a fraud. To return you have to pay your own shipping costs. You also have to send to Florida.

I used Google pay, and as a result the delivery address could not be changed. I tried calling, I emailed and used text option, and NO ONE has responded in 2 HOURS!
That said, I heard from someone within their 24 hour promise, confirming the address change.

The filters I bought from this website are fake.

Every filter will eventually go bad within 6 months after use. Every time I buy Original OEM filters the water flow will be much slower to the point that I have to wait 1 minute to get a cup of water. This is normal!

With the filter i got from Refrigerator Filter store...Even after 6 months of use the water pressure from the filter stayed the same. This shows me there is no filtration even being done to the water. Who knows what is happening and being put into the water also. Spend a little more and get the OEM quality filter.

These filters are everything that they say they are!!! There is no smell and our water is so crystal clear and the taste is amazing, I am very happy with these!!! Will not be buying any other filter then these.

Delivery of product was quick. One of the filters was bad and I replaced it by another one. This is the second time that it happened. I emailed the company twice about the incident but never heard back from them. I will not by dealing with this company anymore . Order number 150104

Thank goodness for great customer service and kind people. Our delivery never arrived and while we struggled to figure out where the mixup was, the refrigerator filter store stepped up to the plate and sent us a new order, regardless of where the error was (self or usps or theft etc). I had an issue with the O ring coming off during installation of a Samsung water filter. I contacted customer service and Arti responded within an hour! After hearing my explanation he thought it might be a product defect. He offered a refund or replacement. I opted for the replacement. The part arrived days later and the issue was solved. Great pricing. Great service!

Had an issue (not the vendor’s issue), and they (specifically Arti) helped me throughout the whole process. After it was all sorted out, received my filters (way more competitive and helpful than going through Frigidaire direct). I am very happy with the service they provide. Definitely recommend!

Very happy with the price. I got 3 genuine LG water filters for the LG quoted price for one. The shipping was free and very prompt.

Air filters do not fit. Insides of filter crumbled

Ordering was easy. I ordered in August 4, 2023 and received it about a week and a half later, which I thought was odd given the company’s address is in Houston, TX and I live in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex.

Unfortunately, the filter appears to be defective as it does not install properly…it won’t “click” into place. I’ve emailed them a day ago regarding the issue and am awaiting a response - their web site they “hope” to respond within 24 hours.

It’s frustrating that they don’t provide a telephone number or have chat functionality on their web site that would aid in faster resolution of issues, so I patiently await their response.

Otherwise, the price for the filters is great and I love the free shipping. I just hope to hear back from them soon and get a proper-fitting filter.

I have emailed twice and received no answer. I ordered the filter on 6/30/23. Check cleared on 7/7/23. I have received no filter nor any communication. I want the check amount repaid to me right away. Very disappointed. If there were "no stars" on the evaluation, I would have checked that.

This was the cheapest and fastest way to order a water filter for our fridge. We have gone to HomeDepot, ordered through website and neither was faster or cheaper than refrigerator filter store. I am a forever customer.

I was able to get the filters I needed for a competitive price and they were delivered in only a few day. Worked just like it was supposed to.
