Purchased 2 "Genuine" Samsung filters for my refrigerator. There is nothing Genuine about them. They are definitely fake and leak. Don't waste your money!

Will any company operate with unclaimed profile and genuine authenticity? Yes this one does JUST TO DECEIVE AND FOOL THE CUSTOMERS!

Don't be fooled-- The filters are not genuine
They do indeed sell counterfeit refrigerator water filters. I should have known better from the much lower than market rate prices. Oh well, fool me once...

Filter lacks authentication code although has same label! Leaking filter!
This is the review I post to their website but clearly they wont show it to other people:
It is so funny that you sent this review e-mail on the day I had to buy new filters for my Samsung fridge although I bought 3 filters through your website 2 weeks ago. The filters you sent looks like they have same label with the original however they lack the authentication tag. I initially thought it will not be a problem however although I properly install the filters they were constantly leaking water. I am saying day because I have already tried all the filters you sent and they all had leakage slowly all day long! I bought a new original one today, which was twice more expensive than the ones you sell, and somehow it does not have any leak whatsoever. Unfortunately I wasted my money with hopes that I will get a cheaper filter. I did not think That I am buying a fake product. I will put this review to the other platforms as well, obviously you wont show it on your website. You have to stop this scam, even if you are making money with this sort of tricks, I dont think you will have peace with that money!

I ordered a 3 pack of Samsung refrigerator Water filters. They were advertised as original OEM filters. Upon receipt, I inspected for authenticity and discovered they were missing a magnet in the box and a removable sticker that when removed and placed over the magnet will show green lines. These filters are counterfeits. I have requested a return label and refund and have not heard back as of posting this. I would avoid this site unless you are looking for knock off filters. You will also also be charged a foreign transaction fee even though their address is listed as Texas
