Very happy with the product, is in Excellent condition.

Ordering the device was simple and efficient with no complaints and the device when it arrived was exactly as described and in pristine condition. Unfortunately my order was made between Xmas and New Year however there was nothing obvious on the site that indicated they were closed until the 4th Jan and therefore I had no contact with them for nearly a week after ordering which was frustrating for me and my daughter who was eagerly awaiting her Applemac.

Item that I purchased was exactly described. Price was competitive & swift delivery.

Ordered and received Easy Threed 3d printer which arrived very quickly. The item was complete and well packaged. However shortly after using it the display would fail and just show jumbled characters. The printer would still operate and respond to inputs made by the select button, you just can't see what your doing. Once reset, the printer would work ok for a while then the fault would return. I guess you get what you pay for.

Delivery was prompt considering there was a bank holiday in between. Delivery was well packaged.

This is a great company . I bought an iphone xr here and it was in a condition better than expected. It was also cheaper than the other sites and they sent it fast.

I first ordered the wrong keyboard and had to return it, they were responsive and helpful. Then I reordered it and it was super fast! The item is good quality and worked as expected.

This Christmas was the second time I ordered a laptop from Refurbo and, as expected, the service was quick and everything was exactly as described. My daughter is absolutely delighted with her new laptop, which arrived in such good condition you'd have thought it was brand new. This is a great way of getting a powerful computer at the fraction of the price of a brand new one. I am a great believer in recycling and am completely against disposing of things that are perfectly functional. Refurbo also offers amazing value for money and is a reliable, honest company. I would always go to Refurbo if I ever needed a laptop. All in all, a great experience.
