Die WEB-Seite ist übersichtlich konzipiert. Bei Rückfragen kann man direkt mit einer sehr freundlichen, kompetenten Mitarbeiterin sprechen. Die Rücksendung von Artikeln erfolgte problemlos.

Close-it Regal für Wandmontage:
- Es gibt keine vernünftige Anleitung, z.B. zur Berechnung der Abstände zwischen den Stützen.
- Das „Anleitungs-Video“ ist weitgehend unbrauchbar, entscheidende Schritte werden stimmungsvoll überblendet.
- Die Gewinde musste ich mit einem Gewindeschneider nachbearbeiten.
- Die Abbildungen im Planer sind irreführend, die Winkel-Verbinder mit ihren 4 Madenschrauben (wacklig) können nicht verdeckt werden.
- Auch zu erwähnen: Die Bestandteile sind in Unmengen Plastikfolie eingewickelt, zwei Regalbretter waren trotzdem beschädigt.
Fazit: Sieht gut aus, ist im Detail aber schlampig gearbeitet, der Aufbau ist nervenzersetzend.

Sehr guter Support mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern

Es gab zwar Schwierigkeiten mit der Lieferung, aber das lag nicht an Regalraum sondern an der Deutschen Post.
Mir wurde sofort geholfen und die Nachlieferung kam schon am nächsten Tag. Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit per mail oder auch am Telefon und sehr freundlich.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Not only were the shelves I received stylish, sturdy and provided with everything needed for easy fitting, but the customer service I received from Regalraum was the absolute best I have ever experienced. There was a problem with the British delivery company that were supposed to complete the order. Donna at Regalraum immediately took control of the situation keeping me updated at every step, never making excuses despite the situation being out of her control, and going as far as sending out my order 3 times to try to get it to me with no prospect of being able to retrieve the previously sent goods. Absolutely great products and service, I highly recommend.....

I had an empty wardrobe that the previous owner just had a pipe hanging to hang their cloths with hangers, and two wooden shelves. I searched the web and I came across this company - I installed it this weekend and I am delighted with the result, especially for the price! Wir haben zwei BOON-Regale von Regalraum bestellt: Lieferung und Service 1a! Kleinere Probleme wurden blitzschnell, sehr unkompliziert und sehr freundlich vom Service korrigert. Auch das Regal ist super. Hier kaufen wir gerne wieder!

Produkt (Regal nach Maß) und Leistung sind bereits super. Der Support exzellent. Obschon zwei Regalböden erst nach längerer Zeit auf Grund von Beschädigungen beim Transport reklamiert wurden, kümmert sich das Team umgehend um Ersatz!

We’re very happy with the quality of the shelves from Regalraum, but even more impressed with their customer service. During delivery, one of the boxes arrived damaged and a shelf support had probably fallen out. I immediately contacted customer service and received a quick and friendly reply. Within 48 hours the missing part was delivered to our home free of charge.

This is how customer service should be: fast, correct and hassle-free. Combined with the solid quality of the products, Regalraum is an easy recommendation!

One small suggestion: the packaging could be improved. At the moment there’s too much empty space in the boxes, which allows parts to move around and risk being damaged during transport.

Vor zehn Jahren haben wir unser Boon-Regalsystem erworben. Mittlerweile sind es schon drei und wir sind immer noch hochzufrieden - die Regale halten immer noch perfekt und lassen sich flexibel an geänderte Wohnumstände anpassen.

Beim letzten Umbau haben wir nun 5 Türen nachbestellt. Leider nahm das Päckchen auf dem Postweg massiven Schaden. Noch am Samstagabend haben wir deshalb eine Mail an Regalraum geschickt, bereits am Sonntag(!) eine Antwort erhalten und am Montag ging schon das Ersatzpäckchen raus und kam nach einemTag in einwandfreien Zustand bei uns an! Perfekt!

Leider war die gelieferte Ware beschädigt. Der Kundendienst nahm sofort mit mir Kontakt auf und hat die Angelegenheit umgehend geregelt. Vielen Dank dafür. Die Gestelle sind toll und wir werden nach Bedarf wieder bestellen.

This has to be the best company I have ever dealt with! Fantastic ideas for our dressing room with really rapid responses to questions and suggestions. Delivery was rapid and good value. Product excellently made and easy to assemble.
I noticed a damaged panel after 2 years, initially missed, and was replaced for free and delivered in 4 days. Just incredible.
Staff are so friendly.
The company I am not able to fault and have recommended to many friends.
This is all for a customer in England, miles away! It is not the sort of customer service I am used to.
I will use this compeny whenever possible.

Einfache Zusammenstellung der benötigten Teile,3D Darstellung für bessere Übersicht, sehr schnelle Lieferung, sofortige Hilfe bei Problemen(fehlerhafte Bestellung meinerseits), sehr freundliches Personal.

Tolles Produkt. Aufbau war einfach und die Anleitung verständlich. Gute Qualität der Garderobe und simpel individuell anpassbar. Absolut ausgezeichneter Kundenservice.

We used the online configuration tool to design the shelving. Then the shelves arrived on time and were high quality. Finally the excellent customer service team helped me with my queries.

I ordered glass shelves to the UK, ordering was easy and speed of delivery was excellent. I had a small issue for which I contacted customer services who were brilliant, responding the same day with a welcomed resolution to my issue. Great products and great customer services. Will definitely use again!

Still didn't receive the correct parts for my drawer. The first one was fine but everything was wrong for the 2nd one. They sent me new parts but it still doesn't work. It's amazing !

Magnifique résultat une fois monté le dressing Clos-it sur mesure, il est très aéré et ne charge pas trop la pièce, nous sommes ravis, superbe produit.
L’ensemble est un peu cher, mais vaut son prix.
Seul défaut, les minuscules vis imbus pour serrer les piliers et angles entre eux.
Demande quand même des compétences d’ajustage et niveau pas si facile à monter que ça en a l’air!
Néanmoins très satisfait
