Would not recommend, did not gather all the necessary requirements to apply for a Malaysian visit visa for Pakistani citizens living in US with permanent green card. They made me apply thru them in Malaysian embassy Lahore without being competent to find out the necessary details about the interview. At the end of the application come to find out that I have to go to Islamabad Pakistan to take an interview and within 5 days is the time limit for Malaysia evisa otherwise the application automatically rejects. Worked with Suhail mainly. They should have found out about these sensitive information before making me to apply for me and my two siblings, wasted around $800. They knew I couldn’t go to Islamabad for an interview when we were trying to apply for Dubai. They should have been extra careful about that and should have asked Malaysian embassy or consulate in Malaysia via email if any interview requirements will come in play later on, but they did not care to ask all that information beforehand. I would avoid this agency at all costs if you are from USA. People apply for evisa through travel agencies because they trust them that the information we don’t have they will find out and save us time and money, but they failed to do that, can’t rely on that agency at all, I would give a 0 star if I could

1. About the Interview Request:
This was an eVisa application, and normally, once documents are submitted, the embassy directly processes and gives the visa decision. However, in your case, the embassy unexpectedly requested interviews for some applicants. This is not a standard requirement for Malaysia eVisas and was an exceptional situation that could not have been predicted at the time of application.
2. Documents and Applicants:
Among your family members, one visa was rejected earlier, and two were later called for interviews. The visa rejections were based solely on the embassy's internal evaluation, not due to incomplete documents from our side. We submitted everything as per procedure.
3. Embassy’s Final Authority:
The embassy has full control over decisions, and in special cases like this, they may ask for interviews or additional documents—even after submission. We have no way to know this in advance unless it’s a part of the published guidelines, which in this case, it wasn’t.
4. Efforts from Our Side:
We followed all normal procedures and even submitted affidavits and additional documentation at no extra charge to support your case. We never relied only on the supplier and took full initiative to complete and submit all required forms.
5. About the Review:
While we completely respect your right to share feedback, we kindly request if you can consider updating or removing the review, as it may give the impression that we were careless, which is not the case. We acted based on all available information at every step and kept you updated whenever anything new came up.
We remain fully committed to supporting you and deeply value your trust in our agency.
