I had the best experience in ordering my new prescription glasses from Reglaze Specs. I spoke to a member of the team and he arranged a visit for me to choose my frames at home with plenty to choose from once I had picked my frame he told me it would take a week I had transitions,varifocals,and the lens thinned plus the price of the frames which are stunning by the way I could not believe the difference in price compared to optician prices I am very impressed. Mike the young man I dealt with was very professional and polite, I will definitely be using them again and will be recommending to friends and family thanks again Mike for such a great experience Elaine Roberts

I have normally got my glasses from asda opticians
but on my recent visit i was told that you need an appointment to even look at frames so i returned home
and wife suggested i get new lenses for some older but good frames i had at home.
looking on line i found reglaz specs and decided to give them a try.

I sent them my frames plus prescription with details of the distance between pupils.
I was then telephoned and asked for a picture showing me wearing frames so they could see how they sat.
Brilliant and straightforward. Turn around was about 8 days from sending my old frames off to receiving them back
These glasses are every bit as good as a high street
optician for a fraction of the price.
will use them again Highly recommened.

Amazing service in all respects! Sent my frame for a reglaze on Wednesday morning. Order Status changed to ‘Processing’ on Thursday. I got a notification to say my completed specs were bring despatched on the Friday. I received my reglazed specs on the Saturday. If that’s not a perfect service, I don’t know what is! A company I will be using from now on and I will also be recommending the same to my friends and colleagues. First class service!

Has got to be the best customer service ever, ordered a reglaze on current glasses due to prescription change, order placed on Sunday 28th Feb, an hour later the kind man from the company had contacted me to say he lived local and he would collect the glasses instead of me having to post them! Absolutely amazed he called round on a Sunday afternoon and glasses with new lenses dropped back off on Tuesday 2nd March, he even repaired a second pair that had broken free of charge, as he said it was a quick fix!! 10 out of 10 for service, speed and price, if anybody needs new lenses or new glasses give this company a go, i don’t often do reviews but I made an exception as I was so impressed 😀

Fast service, high quality lenses at significantly lower price than on the high street, or some other on line retailers.

They arrived back in a little over a week and I’m delighted with my new lenses

Came across an advert on Facebook and I’ve got a pair of Rayban sunglasses but with an old prescription I thought I’d give them a go. Filled out the online form but made a couple of mistakes which they kindly helped me with.
A week later (took longer because my lens had to be thinned) I’ve got my sunglasses back and they are amazing absolutely perfect and with my current prescription lenses. Can’t recommend them highly enough

Fab service. Sent my Karen Millen sunglasses by post from Edinburgh and they were returned in days with new prescription lenses fitted for a great price. No hesitation in recommending and I will definitely use again.

I got a new pair of designer ( Tom Ford ) varifocals and a reglaze on my current frame - amazing price , service and quality, would highly recommend

Recent eye examination meant new glasses were required and the local opticians who did the test quoted almost £400 for top quality varifocals with various coatings on a standard thickness lense.
Decided to get new frames online and then contacted Mike, who is quite local with a view to dropping them off. He actually came out to me, examined my existing varifocals and recommended his own premium lenses rather than the more expensive Hoyo and Varilux options he also offers.
10 days later he brought my specs back and, although I think my previous ones were slightly better quality with a very slight increase in distortions, I've got used to them quickly and have no complaints. The cost with the same coatings as the opticians offered but with much narrower lens was £136 after applying a 15% discount code.
I also then decided to get a spare pair of varifocals with a more basic lens and reglaze my sunglasses with a single distance polaroid lens. No prizes for guessing for guessing who got the gig!
So 2 pairs of varifocals and polaroid sunglasses reglazed for about 3/4 of the price the opticians quoted for a single pair.
As the title says, impressive service at very affordable prices.

I couldn't recommend enough - knowledgable staff, quick turnaround and personal service, all at a fraction of the cost. Really happy with my glasses and will be suggesting Reglazespecs to others. Thanks again guys!

Have used Reglaze Specs a few times now as my prescription changes fairly often due to diabetes. A quick, reliable and great value service by a company that provides the sort of customer service that you don’t get nowadays. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have lenses made.

I brought a new pair of frames online and needed the lenses put in fast because I was travelling abroad. most companies told me there would be at least a 1 week waiting time. I contacted David on Friday, that Sunday David personally picked them up from my house (i live 10 minutes away the shop) and dropped them off 2 hours later with the lenses put in.
Highly recommend.

Thanks so much for such a speedy service to re-glaze my glasses. Not only can I see so much more clearer but my glasses are super clean and the screws have been tightened, so fit better.
