amazing product
amazing product , shipping was super fast was having problems with a very dry scalp and using this alongside the conditioner really helped improve my hair.
Really impressed with this product would most definitely recommend these products!

Theirs beard oil is not effective
Theirs beard oil is not effective. It doesn't do what it says it would. After using three bottles continuously and consistently it never improved my beard.

Disappointed
I found that using the shampoo and conditioner has made my roots really oily and my ends very dry.
The shampoo has made my head itchy also. I'm disappointed and thought with reading the views before buying was promising 😕 Any advice would be helpful at this stage.

Shaking the bottle thoroughly before use.
Massaging the shampoo well into your scalp to ensure even application. Rinsing thoroughly to remove all product residue.
For the conditioner, we recommend applying it only to the ends of your hair to avoid weighing down your roots.

Allergy!
Hello, from the very first wash a few weeks ago, I noticed silky, shiny hair when it had been drying out terribly from a previously used 'thickening' shampoo that had sulphates in it. I loved it...
...Until recently since I've had itchy spots on my scalp that I thought were mosquito bites but now realise are an allergy effect to lavender (which I was hospitalised with years ago.)
There is no mention of lavender in the ingredients anywhere so I trusted your list of natural herbs... but now I can really smell it strongly.
Its a lovely scent but absolutely not if you're severely allergic to it. I am so disappointed.
I thought you should know.

However, we can confirm that there is no lavender in our Hair Thickening Shampoo. We do want to mention that our Volume Conditioner does contain lavender. If you are using our Volume Conditioner, we recommend discontinuing its use immediately. We have clearly stated the presence of lavender on the ingredients list of our conditioner bottle.

Ordered the miracle thickening shampoo…
Ordered the miracle thickening shampoo well before 2pm for guaranteed next day delivery as stated on the site when purchasing. I ordered the product with this in mind due to going away tommorow. Still had no update on delivery so emailed them, they then told me that they will look into it and arrange a delivery within the next 2-3 working days. A far cry from next day guaranteed delivery and also no good if I'm not going to have the product to take with me. Disappointed and I've not even tried the product yet.
Going through this review page seems like I'm not on my own with this experience. Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering...

Shampoo tick, conditioner cross…
I order bother the shampoo and conditioner. I’ve been using it for a couple of months now and the shampoo definitely thickens your hair and does the job. Kudos to that.
The conditioner on the other doesn’t feel good. What it’s meant to do is condition, hence the name. but it’s makes my hair almost clumpy and not soft. I’m unsure if I got a dud product but I was quite upset and disappointed.

I ordered the shampoo a while back tried it but didn’t do much to my hair unfortunately emailed them last week explained this straight away they offered me another type of shampoo to try I accepted, it arrived within a few days yet to use but can not fault customer service really good many thanks.

They are running some sort of scam
They are running some sort of scam. Absolutely useless and shameless people. Ordered a product almost 45 days back and still haven't received it. inspite of having a COD option, they sent me a link asking to pre-pay them. Then, for the first couple of weeks they said their systems were down and hence deliveries aren't possible. Now they have just stopped responding altogether and I have no clue whether I will receive a refund or the package is still 'on it's way' (it takes a maximum duration of 5 working days for any package to come to my location from any part of the country). Multiple calls and messages asking for an update and explanation have led to no replies. Money gone down the drain plus a really bad experience. Would not recommend. Would give zero stars if possible. No ethics or sense of customer service. Definitely planning to file a complaint in consumer court against these people.

I HATE THIS SHAMPOO & CONDITIONER SET.
My hair is fine and thin it gets greasy easily. This shampoo and conditioner leave my hair feeling stripped of any nutrients. Even the conditioner doesn't bring any shine or bounce. I literally have to condition my hair with a second conditioner after I have used the Regrowz shampoo and conditioner set. My hair has never felt so awful after a wash. It feels damaged.
The product did arrive a couple of weeks after I brought it and looks nice in the bottles. But that's the only things that's good about this product. I do not recommend this product.
