I love discovering stores that offer something different, and this one didn’t disappoint. From Australia, it can sometimes be hit or miss ordering internationally, but my experience was very positive. The clothing is both creative and functional, and the quality exceeded my expectations. Customer support was also responsive when I had a question. Highly recommend giving them a try!

I recently ordered a few items from this clothing store while living in Australia, and I’m genuinely impressed. The products feel thoughtfully selected and unique compared to what I usually find locally. Shipping was smooth, and everything arrived in great condition. same issue as listed from other complains. Shipping thru unknown source. doesn't even give my address. Changed parcel number 3 times.
Never received - they refuse to send another.Its been 2 months.

Please beware - this feels VERY SUSPICIOUS

The delivery time was atrocious and their customer service was awful. I ordered an item in time for Christmas, but as of February it hadn’t arrived. I reached out to them for tracking and they offered a non-us tracking service, even though they claim it was sent through USPS, to the post office said they cannot use their numbers to locate the package. I asked for a replacement or a refund but after 8 email exchanges they simply kept insisting the package was delivered according to their foreign records, and they will not provide a replacement or refund - just excuses, no sympathy. After 10 email exchanges over 3 weeks, I just gave up and will count it as a loss. But I will never order from this company again.

Although they have a warranty, they refused to honor it. I let them know within the timeframe that I wanted to return it. They made me pay for shipment to China, which was $81 and then the address that they provided no one excepted it. So I was out the money that they Cost as well as $81 for freight they’re non-responsive and their product was crap.

The delivery time and customer service were ridiculous. I ordered an item on November 22nd and it has still not arrived on December 23rd. I have asked for a refund and they will not provide one. I will never order from this company again.
