Shocking delivery

Nice but pricey products, normally decent quality.....But the delivery is shocking don't bother paying for next day delivery as it won't arrive the next day as they process orders after the courier has been.
Next time I'll just go into clone zone and buy instore.

We're really sorry you didn't receive your order in the time scale you expected. Looking into this for you, it seems you placed your order after midday on a Friday. Due to this, your order couldn't be collected by DPD in time for a Tue (bank holiday) delivery. Sorry about that but your order is prioritised and will be on it's way to you very soon.

As an extra option in future and if it's helpful, you can also select to collect from our London store. If the items are available, our team will mark them as ready to collect within a few hours.

Your stock is unique

Your stock is unique. Have try to purchase from Spain but impossible now with Brexit as you know. So going in is like a sweet shop for me and the staff have been always helpful. Thank you..yours sincerely.Jose Ibarra.

Absolute Terrible service… avoid them at all costs!!!

Absolute terrible customer service. An order was placed by mistake and after contacting the company just a few hours later I was told they couldn’t stop or change the order. At this time the order had not been processed or had it been shipped to me. No shipping confirmation email was sent to me to confirm anything had been shipped.

I asked could the order be cancelled. The customer service representative Aryn said it couldn’t be done and was very unhelpful. All it needed was a phone call to another member in the team to cancel the order, something most companies wouldn’t hesitate to do for a customer with an incorrect order. He explained the items would need to be sent to me and then I would need to return it back to them, wasting both time and money for both parties.

The item arrived was delivered and not signed for by me but another person in my house which was then opened due to the name being incorrect on the parcel, which was very embarrassing. I have now had to send the parcel straight back for a refund am I am awaiting a reply. Aryn didn’t want to help me in anyway and was very dismissive about my order. This process has been a nightmare start to finish. I will never order anything from this company again. Avoid them at all costs guys!!!!

Never Had a Better Experience...

Never had a better experience in a store like this before - the person who wore a fisherman beanie, kind smile and fabulous purple nails assisting with my purchases was extremely knowledgeable about all the products I was interested in and showed a tremendous amount of compassion and empathy when I mentioned that I'm a recovering addict who was potentially wanting to purchase poppers (safe to say, I didn't purchase them) Definitely going to be visiting again and love the team dynamic - a lot of laughs had together with the great staff and can't wait for my next visit!

Poor Customer Service and no understanding!!!!

Hi, I been a regular customer with Regulation for years and sadly today I experienced a poorly customer service! I was lucky to receive 2 gift vouchers for my birthday last month total £35 from my friend. I then had a 15% discount code emailed to me from Regulation. So I went online to use my discount code towards a rubber suit and in check out was looking forward to spend my 2 gift voucher worth £35 and rest pay with my credit card. But the Regulation website does not allow you to pay with gift voucher after you received a discount code. So I contacted customer service as was thinking easy for them to sort out. But Aryn I spoke to was not helpful or understanding at all!!! Kept telling me nothing he can do!!! This is shocking as a gift voucher is a payment option! I will honestly stop shopping with Regulation if no one can sort this out for me and I will tell all my friends to stop buying vouchers from Regulation! A simple thing like this could easily been sorted out and some understand from customer service would had been appreciated!!! Kim

While the quality of the items in the…

While the quality of the items in the shop is good, their delivery service is a ripoff and people should stay clear of it. Their "1-2 days" service (for which you have to pay extra) is really a "5-6 days" service as it takes them multiple days to even ship an item that's in stock. They also send it through Royal Mail (the worst option for a prompt delivery service).
In the day and age of next day delivery, the quality of their logistics is among the worse I've seen so far.

I'm really sorry you've not received your item as quickly as you wanted. I've have a look into your order. It seems you ordered in the afternoon of 4th Jan and your order was shipped on 6th Jan via a Royal Mail 24 service. I'm afraid that due to limited staff for social distancing and a higher number of orders you order wasn't shipped the next working next day (5th) but the following. I'm also now seeing that Royal Mail haven't been delivering packages as quickly as usual for similar reason. We expect this to improve in the coming weeks. Essential I hear your frustration and I'm very sorry you weren't able to received your package within 2 days. We did everything we physically good to do that our end but I'm sorry it didn't meet your expectations on this occasion.

Purchase feedback

Excellent customer service with knowledgeable and easy going staff. I did miss the store in Angel for a while but now love the store on Bateman Street. Always something great and special to buy. Highly recommended.

5-Star-Premium-Service

5-Star-Premium-Service - especially within these tough "Corona-times"!
After an originally perfect package delivery there was still an unexpected damage on one bigger device.
The Service Team was quickly available by phone and very careful by eMail, with personal assistance. At the end a very effective and also generous solution was offered to me.
So thanks to all the team members "on ground", working hard these Corona days - giving us costumers still erotic pleasure with all their toys and products!
