When the item arrived it was not as advertised and had clearly been returned by another customer as his hand written note was at the very top of the box. I attempted to contact Regulations customer service who admitted the description on the website was misleading and that they would be amending it so as to avoid confusion in future. I took screenshots of the website prior to ordering which I attached in my emails with Kris but was only offered a paltry copy and pasted conciliatory gesture and they tried to brush off the seriousness of leaving all the prior customers full name, personal mobile number, full home address and email address in the box, despite them asking me to destroy the letter since they knew they were at fault. Since then they have not responded to any of my emails. The most appalling customer service I have dealt with from any company, they weren't remotely concerned over the GDPR breach so if discretion is important to you when ordering from this retailer I would be very wary. Its now 10 days later and I have a product I cannot use, a company that will not respond and 420 pounds out of pocket.

I've always been a fan of Regulation, as I used to live quite close to their Islington store. Not only was their selection great, the prices weren't (very) eye-watering either. Now I'm living on literally the other side of the globe, their service is just as good.

In honour of Locktober, I ordered a chastity device on the 1st and, in true Regulation style, it was delivered here this afternoon - the 7th! That's not bad for a trip of over 10,000 miles!

As for the device, it's really comfy (although I'm not 100% sure whether that's a good thing or bad just yet) and I consider it money well spent.

Regulation is my 'go to' store when I'm thinking pervery - it should be yours too.
