Support regularly responded to my messages, helped me resolve my issue, was polite, responsive, and most importantly, replied quickly. The support team consists of real people, not bots — overall, I'm satisfied with the quality of Regway's services! If stability and quality matter to you, Regway is definitely the right choice.

Our experience of using it since 2013. For 12 years it has never failed.

I have been using the service almost since it opened, and have only pleasant impressions. The support is high quality, but at night they don’t always respond quickly. In general, it is clear that the service is constantly evolving.
Several control panels available, more than 500 TLDs.
The hosting works with good uptime under considerable load.

my Regway review:
Terrible attitude towards customers. Crazy prices.
I needed to transfer the domain to another registrar. I ordered a transfer 3 days before the domain expired. I was sure that regway has the same system as other registrars: after ordering the transfer, I receive an email in which I confirm the transfer.
But in regway everything is very sad. They just send an email that the transfer will be approved in about 5 days. I.e. after my domain expires. I have been working with domains for more than 10 years. In my experience, there are thousands of domains, and dozens of registrars. But this is the first time I see such nonsense.
I wrote to support with a request to speed up the transfer. But I was told it's impossible (a lie).
I asked what should I do in this case? But they just don't answer me. Apparently they are very greedy, they expect that I will renew the domain, because I have no other way out. And they will earn their $20 for it. They are very greedy.
And with all this, regway has the highest prices for registration and renewal of domains + they shift the entire commission for the purchase to the buyer. The prices are just wild.
For example, I had to spend $29 to renew my domain in .com for 1 year. The extension itself costs $ 19, with a commission charged from the card 25. + $ 2 for whois protect, and accordingly the same commission.

Support is just bullying. For a month now I can't change the mail on my account and transfer domains. The old mail has been lost. I gave them my photo ID.
For every question, request, they answer with links to the FAQ.
Technical support is completely incompetent, I have never seen a worse registrar. It's just awful, bypass the tenth road.

Pros:
- a variety of payment methods (including BTC);
- a company representative competently answers on the forums under the nickname "Jet D", I hope support through tickets is not worse (I had no reason to check)

Cons:
- Control panel (cp.regway...) looks outdated and inconvenient

Domain prices are not the cheapest, especially cost of renewal (for example $15.79 for zone .com, it's 50% more expensive than the registration price, and there are pretty easy to find registrars with renewal price = registration price). Also unlike many other registrars regway has paid feature "Privacy Protection" (perhaps not for all zones, but I did't find details on their website).

I have been using the services for less than six months, in general I am satisfied, I hope there will be no problems
