Delivery service was very confusing
Delivery service was very confusing. I got a message from GLS, that my package was redirected to the warehouse as I wasn't able to pick it up (no one called). An apparently there isn't a number you could call if you want to contact GLS.
Next day or the day after another courier company came and delivered.
Tyres were great and I think I saved roughly 100€ on the whole set.

Не понятная ситуация с доставкой
Не понятная ситуация с доставкой. 2 колеса из одной фирмы отправлялись разными доставками, разными фирмами. Уведомлений о том, что колеса доставлены не приходили. Biker24 даже не в курсе чьи колеса к ним пришли или не пришли. Приходилось по трекинг номеру искать свои колеса в куче остальных колес. В общем неудовлетворительная доставка и по времени не 5-6 дней, а 2 недели.

Сожалеем, что доставка вызвала столько неудобств. Разделение заказа на разные отправки может происходить из-за логистических ограничений, чтобы обеспечить доставку, но отсутствие уведомлений о поступлении шин к партнёру и такой сложный поиск по трек-номерам — это ненормальная ситуация.
Сроки доставки также могут увеличиваться из-за условий перевозки и других непредвиденных обстоятельств, но мы понимаем ваше недовольство, если ожидание заняло около 2 недель вместо заявленных 5–6 дней.
Пожалуйста, откройте обращение в нашу службу послепродажного обслуживания через личный кабинет, чтобы специалисты могли проверить доставку, уведомления и работу пункта Biker24. Ваш отзыв поможет нам разобраться в ситуации и улучшить сервис.
Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Would not recommend it even to an enemy. Lost my order and were not willing to re-send it.
I have opened a complaint form and the answer was "we are very sorry, but there is nothing we can do..." They paid me back the cost of 1 tire and said that I can reorder it... Since it is a single tire I have to pay extra shipping fees, etc... So it would be more expensive. They still have these tires in stock and they simply are not willing to re-send or give even a discount in order to at least match the original price. Now I have 3/4 tires... Useless... 4+ weeks of emails and completely no help from their side.
