I think there is a lot to be said for a business to be warmly involved with its customers. Instead of a cold ecommerce shopfront pushing products, you can contact the business directly for product information and advice. Erik is friendly and helpful, and even empathic when asked about troubleshooting issues. Thank you, Reify3D!

I was Lucky or they are just too responsive. Made a preorder for Prusa Core L which has an ETA of 2 weeks but was informed on existing stock. Made payment and was delivered 2 hrs later... Not 2 weeks or 2 days, 2 hours! OMG, they are just so efficient.

I love the before AND after sales service. There's so much to learn when you're entering a niche area like this, and Erik made it such an easy process with his abundant knowledge, patience to communicate and timely feedback. It made what could easily have been overwhelming, very straightforward. So I could just focus on the output and get to work, instead of fighting with the printer and spending time reprinting until I get a decent print.

I did have some trouble over the weekend and Erik dropped by in less than an hour. I’ve never experienced such a high level of service and I really appreciate the overall experience I've had with Reify3D. Thanks Erik!
