Send the wrong item multiple times

Ordered wool lined booties and they were the wrong size (my fault) exchange for a better size, when they showed up they polyester lined ones, had to return those again and was frustrated. They said the wool lines were out of stock. Finally reordered when the wool lines were back in stock and they sent me ANOTHER pair of polyester lined ones!? Horrible experience. Ended up keeping the polyester because it was the middle of winter and I needed something for my babies feet but really disappointed in their comprehension of sending out orders correctly I guess?

Von Reima hatten wir mehr Qualität erwartet

Das ist ein wichtiger Punkt – das zeigt klar, dass die angebotene Lösung nicht gleichwertig war. Ich habe deinen Text jetzt so angepasst, dass das ruhig und sachlich rüberkommt:



Wir kaufen eigentlich sehr gerne Reima-Schuhe für unsere Kinder und verbinden die Marke – auch aus meiner eigenen Kindheit in Finnland – mit guter Qualität.

Leider hatten wir dieses Mal eine enttäuschende Erfahrung. Wir haben ein Paar Sneakers für unsere Tochter bestellt, und bereits am ersten Tag ist die Schnur am Schuh gerissen. Das hat uns wirklich überrascht, da wir von Reima eigentlich eine deutlich höhere Qualität gewohnt sind.

Der Kundenservice hat uns vorgeschlagen, entweder ein Ersatzteil zu schicken oder den Schuh bei einem lokalen Schuhmacher reparieren zu lassen. Das angebotene Ersatzteil wäre allerdings nicht mehr gleichwertig gewesen: Ursprünglich war dieses Teil aus Leder, beim Ersatzteil wäre es aus Plastik gewesen. Zusätzlich wurde eine kleine Gutschrift für den Online-Shop angeboten.

Am Ende haben wir den Schuh selbst repariert, damit er wieder ordentlich aussieht und weiter getragen werden kann. Insgesamt hat sich die vorgeschlagene Lösung für uns jedoch nicht wirklich passend angefühlt. Wenn ein Produkt bereits am ersten Tag kaputtgeht, erwartet man eigentlich eine unkomplizierte und gleichwertige Lösung.

Vor allem hatten wir das Gefühl: Hätten wir im Voraus gewusst, dass der Schuh einen Defekt hat und mit einer entsprechenden Gutschrift angeboten wird, hätten wir ihn zu diesem Preis vermutlich nicht gekauft. Wir hätten lieber den regulären Preis für ein vollständig intaktes Produkt bezahlt.

Schade – gerade weil wir die Marke grundsätzlich sehr mögen und bisher immer gute Erfahrungen gemacht haben. Wir hoffen, dass dies nur ein Einzelfall war.



Wenn du möchtest, kann ich dir noch eine leicht emotionalere letzte Schlusszeile schreiben, die bei Bewertungen oft stark wirkt, z. B. so etwas wie:

„Gerade bei einer Marke, der wir als Familie seit Jahren vertrauen, hätten wir uns hier einen anderen Umgang gewünscht.“

Das gibt der Bewertung noch etwas mehr Wirkung, ohne unhöflich zu werden.

Would definitely give this company 0 stars

Their customer support is the worst thing I’ve ever seen in my life.

They refuse to just pick up the phone and make a call which could easily resolve the issue instead they respond to a email in 48 plus hours

It’s now been over a week since the issue started and they have made absolutely 0 progress.

Hello Reima,
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of resolution regarding my refund.
It has now been two months, and the refund still has not been reflected on my credit card. This delay is completely unacceptable, and I have received no clear explanation or timeline from your team.
I am formally requesting that this matter be resolved immediately. If the refund is not processed without further delay, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue and take the necessary next steps.
Please confirm when the refund will be issued and provide proof of processing.

I expect a prompt response.

Fullstendig elendig kundeservice. Tar evigheter ved reklamasjon. Vintersko som skulle være vanntette var ikke det etter kun et par ukers bruk. Til slutt fikk jeg en kupong til samme pris som det jeg ga for produktet, men da hadde produktet steget i pris. Da jeg påpekte det nektet de å kompensere for dette, det er altså kunden som skal ta prisen ved verdistigning. Måtte selv etterlyse gratis frakt. Blir aldri å kjøpe Reima mer, jeg ble sjokkert over hvor dårlig det står til med både kvaliteten på produktene og servicen.

Hidas toimtus, käyttökelvoton rikkinäinen tuote, Asiakaspalvelu ei vastaa

Tilasin 24.12 paketin jossa oli toppahaalari ja hanskat.tilaus saapui vasta 9.1. Haalari oli etuosasta täynnä läpimeneviä n.5cm kokoisia viilto reikiä ja lisäksi vielä pari tahraa. Otin kaksi kertaa asiakaspalveluun yhteyttä, mutta eivät vastanneet. Kahdeksan päivän odottelun jälkeen ajoin sitten 120km Reiman lähimpään myymälään reklamoimaan ja palauttamaan haalarin, jotta saisin joskus rahat takaisin tilauksesta. Nyt odottelen ja toivon, että rahat palautuvat joskus tililleni. En suosittele tilaamaan mitään tästä verkkokaupasta, vaan ostamaan Reiman tuotteen jonkun jälleenmyyjän sivustoilta.

Edit. 1.3.26 en ole vieläkään saanut vastausta yhteenkään asiakaspalveluun lähetettyyn viestiin. Enkä saanut mitään hyvistystä tai edes pahoitteluja.

Awful experience and the worst customer service

I tried contacting Reima’s customer service several times regarding an issue with my child’s shoes, but no one ever responded. It’s been weeks, and I only received one automated message saying they were busy — after that, nothing.

What’s worse, I left an honest review on their official website, confirmed my email, and even got a confirmation notice - but the review was never published. It really feels like Reima only shows positive feedback and hides anything critical.

This is very disappointing for a brand that claims to care about quality and customer satisfaction. I expected better communication and transparency.

materials, style

I've purchased a lot from Reima for my kids. The primary reason has been that they put an emphasis on non-toxic materials, like flourocarbon-free water and dirt repellent, etc. The style of the clothes is also good, and it's nice to have a scandinavian touch, and the care that comes with it, when all US clothes look the same (which are mainly asian imports). I've also had good luck with the returns department, when the things don't fit right.

BUYER BEWARE!!

I ordered and paid for a pair of snowpants for my grandson from this company on 11/6/25. They had to be exchanged for size and were returned immediately. I was actually charged for the exchange item until they received the original item back....which were promptly returned. The replacement item was shipped. The courier delivered the item to someone else's house as shown in their proof of delivery photo. Contacted Reima CS immediately the day of misdelivery. Reima indicated that I had to initiate a claim with the courier. WRONG!! Courier indicated vendor must initiate the claim. Multiple emails followed because you cannot contact this company via telephone. Requested replacement snowpants to be shipped in the interim. Absolutely did not happen. TODAY, 12/28/25, almost 2 months later another Reima email indicating they're sorry, and we're issuing a CREDIT for the original purchase to buy something else. The snowpants have long been replaced elsewhere. I don't want a credit, I want a refund for an item that was never received. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

No customer service, never got package

I don’t think anyone actually works in the customer service department. The phone numbers disconnect me and I have emailed and filled out their website form daily for a week with no response. My package never arrived and I have no hope of reaching anyone who can help.

Stay away from Reima. Failed quality. Failed customer service

Order: CA4409
Zipper was defective so we contacted support. Several weeks went by without hearing from them. We followed up three times before getting a reply. They declined the warranty claim even after showing the failed zipper. Terrible quality products. Even worse customer service. Stay away from them.

Terrible customer service

I purchased a winter jacket for my son, and soon as he started wearing it the zipper was catching in the fabric every time. I reached out to them and sent photos since it was obviously a defect in the sewing. After 3 emails I finally got a response telling me that it was outside the return time frame and therefore could be 'wear and tear'. The coat was purchased in Aug and not worn until December... Who would be wearing a winter coat in the summer. I would never purchase from them again.

Be very mindful of import duty charges (not mentioned explicitly at checkout)

Be very mindful of import duty charges. They are not upfront about it. I ended up paying GBP 127.46 as import fees (included Government fee and UPS handling fee) for an order worth Euro 360.
Would have not placed the order if I knew about it. Also have a look at refund policy. It will be very costly if you have to return any item.
All in all this will be my last order ever from Reima.

[Edited after receiving the items] Out of 7 items ordered only 6 arrived. The package was teared on the side and someone tried to poorly wrap it with a packing tape. Not sure if it is Reima or UPS problem.

I have bought a booties for my toddler…

I have bought a booties for my toddler and he wore them couple of times and they completely torn apart. I tried to reach customer service multiple times but there were no response whatsoever.

This is the worst company to deal with! Unreliable customer service.

Do NOT order from this company. Order locally. They have customer service from a third party who never responds. They lost my $800 order and it's been a month and no refund. I am speechless.

Alles Bestens

Ich habe aufgrund der vielen negativen Bewertungen erstmal gezögert aber dann trotzdem bestellt. Kurz nach Abgabe meiner Bestellung erhielt ich eine E-Mail, dass eines der bestellten Produkte nicht mehr auf Lager war. Als Entschuldigung erhielt einen Gutschein und umgehend das Geld für den Artikel zurück. Der Versand erfolgte schnell und die Waren haben wirklich eine herausragende Qualität. Ich bin zufrieden und werde wieder dort bestellen.
