Reinforced Beds are a family run, online only retailer specialising in very strong beds and durable mattresses based in the UK. Our collection consists of heavy-duty frames constructed from the strongest materials. The range include wooden bed frames, metal bed frames, upholstered beds (including bedsteads, ottomans and divans) and bunk beds.
Our stock is suitable for both domestic and contract customers. We have supplied products to many different environments, such as large hotel chains, student accommodation refits and to the NHS direct to name a few.
Due to the build quality of our products, we have a wide selection suitable for people who are overweight and/or suffer from challenging behaviour. These products have been sourced and designed with the aim to be the solution for customers who require them most.
As well as an online retailer, we take great care in our products. As well as sourcing reliable and fantastic manufacturers to create our beds, we also manufacture select metal beds on site here in Norfolk! We also import some products directly to us, built to our own spec from overseas.

Could've done better. We're really pleased with the bed we…
We're really pleased with the bed we purchased. However we were not happy with the delivery company you chose. They were supposed to ring us before delivery but didn't. They changed our delivery time to a later one and then turned up at a different time. I told them they were just taking old base away at which point they started to drag our mattress downstairs and asked where the headbiard was.

Really pleased with the Brick
We previously had a mattress out of a box/ memory foam with promises of 10 year warranty. After 4 years the mattress lost its firmness and we are so pleased with our purchase of a firm mattress. My back pain has got better with better sleep posture.

The bed is strong and solid but the…
The bed is strong and solid but the instructions to put it together were really bad. And there were screws missing. The different parts of the bed were not labelled either. Took us a long long time to work it all out. I was a bit shocked. The bed itself is a good product.

Great service and excellent strong product
Great service and excellent strong product. Brought a metal frames bed and is a sturdy as hoped. Th one I purchased, being metal, there is no need for a central leg thus maintaining all the space under it for storage. The purchase process was perfect and contact to arrange delivery was friendly. Bed was easy to construct and no issues at all. Would defiantly recommend and return myself for future needs.

Amazing bunk bed, it is a per the description.
I recently bought this bunk bed and it’s amazing. The frame is solid and sturdy, suitable for both adults and children. I purchased it for my family and for visiting guests, and it has been perfect. I chose the white colour, which looks great and helps save space in small rooms. Highly recommended. It requires two persons to building it up, especially when you need to ensemble the top bed. Also, you will need a very good drill when screw the bed slats.

Sturdy Strong bed but..…
The instructions were terrible some of screws where wrongly instructed so we had to figure out where they should go. But the bed is very strong and sturdy

Reinforced did not compromise on comfort or a really stunning sofa.
I was going to take one star off as the factory supplied the wrong model sofa but they tried to rectify it asap given it was Christmas. The sofa arrived before the holiday which was unexpected and we appreciated them trying to get it to us asap. In the end we didn't swop the sofas. The one we got was absolutely beautiful, not only did it look just right in a domestic setting but you wouldn't know it was reinforced as it is so comfortable. The Carers as well as our son have been mightily impressed as are we.

Arrived on time
Arrived on time. Bed well wrapped so no damage. Very easy to assemble, instructions we could understand! Right amount of screws in separate pouches so no mix up in sizes. Bed assembled in under 30 mins and no arguments!

BEWARE
BEWARE, AVOID!!
I ordered a bed on 29/11/2025. A month later I had not received any communication from them and when I emailed them, I was then told, "error in their stock level and unfortunately the bed I ordered is not currently in stock".
NOTE; It was showing as stock being available when I placed the order)
We are now in Mid January, I still haven't heard from them and I'm doubting the legitimacy of this company!!
I will be contacting trading standards.This is not an acceptable business transaction.

At the time your order was placed, the bed was showing as available on our website. Unfortunately, our manufacturer did not make us aware that this specific model was temporarily out of stock until after your order had been received. We sincerely apologise for this and for the delay it caused.
As soon as we were notified, we contacted you to explain the situation, apologise, and discuss alternative options. You confirmed that you wanted to wait for the original bed you had ordered. We have since been in regular contact with the manufacturer, and we have emailed you to confirm that we are now due to receive your bed this week. As soon as it arrives with us, we will be in touch immediately to arrange delivery on a day that suits you.
We would like to apologise again for the delay and the inconvenience caused. We are a legitimate UK business and take situations like this very seriously. Thank you for your patience, and we are committed to seeing this resolved for you as quickly as possible.

Excellent bed at a great price
Great study bed, easy to put up and great to store a single mattress under (all the others I looked at had extra feet in the middle to support the bed).
Great customer service, choice of delivery dates, long warrenty. I can't find anything to complain about.

Good experience
Good experience. Bed was dispatched early end of the lead time. I ordered the Heavy Duty Divan which is very heavy so the delivery guys struggled a bit but they managed it. I was able to select my delivery day which is good. Bed seems to be good quality and very strong. I'll use this company again.

Suffolk bunk beds
Recently brought the suffolk small double bunk beds, absolutely great beds, solid wood, great price.
Ordered late 23rd November 2025 received within the time stated, just 5 days before Christmas.
I'm really please with this product.
Would definitely recommend.
Will be buying again very soon to upgrade beds in other rooms.

Second time I’ve purchased from this…
Second time I’ve purchased from this company, and only because the first bed during moves was left in a damp locker and it was ruined. The beds are as they say, reinforced and very well made. Do not buy from anyone else, I did and it was made of cardboard; thus company are genuine
