I purchased an iPhone 15 Pro Max advertised in "excellent" condition. In reality, the screen arrived with noticeable scratches and the battery health was only 88%.

When attempting to resolve the issue, the return/ refund process proved to be completely anti-consumer. While they have no issue charging international credit cards, they strictly refuse to process refunds back to the payment card and demand a local Hungarian (HU) IBAN. Furthermore, returns require a home courier pick-up despite orders being delivered to parcel lockers.

In the end, they only offered a meager voucher worth a few cups of coffee with a restrictive 6-month expiration limit. Very disappointing service and completely unsuited for international buyers.

Not recommended.

galaxy Z fold 4 et vásároltam, majd 2hónap után felrobbant. Ezek után visszaküldtem, eleg egyszeru volt, elvitték egezs gyorsan válaszoltak. A válazs nem az volt amire számítottam, megírták, higy ez a felhszsnaló hibájából keletkezett, es "bizonyiteknak" azt kaptam, hogy lefotóztak egy sérülest, ami akkor is rajta volt a készüléken amikor megkaptam. A telefont visszakuldtek, semmi kompenzáció, se levásárolható egyenleg, tenyleg semmi. Ismeros vasarolt telefon, 2samsungot, mind2 megadta magat honapok utan, a costumer support ugyanazt csinalta, semmit.

The phone arrived in good physical condition — no complaints there.
However, I ordered the Standard battery option. Upon first boot, iOS immediately showed 'Battery Unable to be Verified' and 'Unknown Part' warnings. An aftermarket battery is installed, with zero disclosure at the time of purchase. The product page only states 'battery capable of maximum performance' — no mention of aftermarket parts.
Important warning for others: do not pay for the +€35 'new battery' upgrade either. Based on my research and other customer reviews on their own product page, the Standard option already contains a replaced cell — the upgrade option appears to be a revenue trick.
I repeatedly requested the manufacturer name and EU certification number of the installed battery, as required by EU Battery Regulation 2023/1542. The response: 'all available information is on the website.' They cannot or will not disclose it — despite the fact that aftermarket cells vary enormously in quality, and some are known to swell and damage the device.
Customer service consists entirely of confident template responses with no real resolution offered.
The phone is in use as of now — if further issues emerge, this review will be updated.

Eladásra küldtem be egy telefont. A keret karcos volt, ezt az előzetes kalkulációban tisztességesen be is jelöltem. Erre kaptam egy 60 000 Ft-os ajánlatot.

A bevizsgálás után közölték, hogy a keret "elszíneződött", cserélni kell, ezért az árat levitték 20000 Ft-ra.
Itt bukik ki a rendszer logikátlansága: ha a kalkulátorban szándékosan a legrosszabb opciót, a "törött" keretet jelölöm be (amit nyilvánvalóan cserélni kell), a rendszer még akkor is 49 000 Ft-ot hoz ki értéknek.

Ehhez képest az én "elszíneződött" keretemre adott 20000 Ft-os ajánlat finoman szólva is átverés. Úgy tűnik, a bevizsgálás során próbálják annyira lenyomni az árat, ami már köszönőviszonyban sincs a saját kalkulátoruk alapértékeivel. Senkinek nem ajánlom.

I initiated the online sale of an Apple iPhone 12 64GB Black on December 9, 2025. After selecting “minor signs of use” and “perfect functionality,” an offer price with a 10-day payout was provided on the online platform. Shipping the device via the courier arranged by Rejoy.hu was smooth and problem-free.

After sending in the device, I received feedback for the first time only 5 days later. In this feedback, Rejoy’s appraiser stated that I had indicated “perfect cosmetic condition”; however, according to their assessment, intensive signs of use were visible on the phone. As a result, they reduced the original offer by 10%. This also meant that the 10-day payout period was automatically extended by this amount of time.

Unfortunately, in the meantime I had cancelled other appraisals, so I accepted Rejoy’s lower offer for a phone that was in particularly nice cosmetic condition. The device had been used by my wife, always kept in a protective case with a screen protector, and all of its functions worked perfectly.

Cosmetic appearance is highly subjective. My evaluation was based on Rejoy.hu’s sample descriptions of apperiance, whereas the appraiser provided an essentially subjective evaluation that could not be disputed. The only alternative was to accept the offer or request the device to be returned, potentially incurring additional shipping costs.

I purchased an iPhone 13 in “excellent” condition, advertised as having undergone thorough check-up protocols. Despite this, the phone arrived with a malfunctioning microphone. I sent it back for repair, but it was returned to me a week later without any explanation, repair report, or confirmation of what had been done. The microphone still didn’t work.

When I contacted customer service, they offered no apology and showed no intention of resolving the issue properly — they simply told me to withdraw my purchase and send the phone back if I wasn’t satisfied.

“My girlfriend bought a Samsung Galaxy A55 from the Rejoy website in ‘very good’ condition. They mentioned that there could be minor scratches, but the screen was completely scratched, the sides were worn all the way around, and there were visible marks from impacts.

Egy kiváló minősítésű telefont vásároltam a Rejoy-tól, de sajnos már az első fél órában tönkrement a kijelző. Visszaküldtem, de a folyamat teljesen átláthatatlan volt. A futár érkezését sehol nem jelezték előre, nem kaptam információt arról sem, hogy a telefon megérkezett-e hozzájuk, és mi történik vele. Egyetlen emailt kaptam, hogy a javítás 2–10 napot vesz igénybe.

8 nap után érdeklődtem chaten, ahol az első ügyintéző csak hárított, majd átkapcsoltak egy másikhoz, aki azt állította, hogy már keresett emailben – amit persze soha nem kaptam meg. Végül közölték, hogy nem tudják megjavítani, és cserekészüléket sem tudnak adni. A pénzt visszautalják, de így hetekig voltam telefon nélkül és a pénzem is náluk volt.

Ez a hozzáállás elfogadhatatlan. Többet biztosan nem vásárolok itt, és senkinek sem ajánlom a Rejoy-t.

Vicc az egesz oldal, tularazottan utangyartott akksit tesznek a telefonba, ami kb. 1-2 honap utan mutat jeleket, hogy valami nincs rendben az akkumulatorral. Olyan szinten elkezd merulni, hogy az hihetetlen, es a kapacitasa is folyamatosan csokken, naponta 2-3 orat hasznaltam az iPhone 11-es keszulekemet, amit toluk rendeltem (uj akksival), es naprol napra vettem eszre, hogy a termek hasznalhatatlanna vallik. Most naponta 2-3-szor kell feltennem toltore a mobilt, ugy, hogy 100%-rol 20-ra lemegy, HASZNALAT NELKUL! Nem ajanlom az oldalt, ha telefont vennetek, inkabb a marketplacet ajanlom, vagy a hardveraprot. Ennyi penzert mar egy normalis eszkozt tudtok venni.

Bought a Samsung S23 Ultra in the "as good as new"
condition and it was like I was the one who first had this phone. No scratches, no damage at all. As they promised. Sameday delivered the package two days late, but it's not their fault (not like it was a hurry to get a new phone). Paying 250K Hungarian Forints for the phone instead of 500K-600K HUF is crazy.

People seem to have issues with Apple devices, but it is just about the fact that Apple is so locked reselling is a pain. I beilive it is just the right time to consider swithing to Android anyways.

I could not turn my old phone in because it is so old, but I expected this, no problem. (No one wants a 7 year old phone anyways.)

One thing they start to sell is other branded laptops (Samsung for example!). Same goes for watches. They should also mention that your phone may come from another country (because they are a part of the "Flip" company, they are just named "Rejoy" here), because my phone sometimes (1 in a 1000 times) shows up a little bit of Romanian (country where it came from via Flip) or French (assambled or first sold there) text. Afterall I'll probably buy my next phone from here 4-6 years later.

az igért 70ezer helyett a hibátlan hátlapot ki akarták cserélni 35ezerért és csak 35ezret akartak adni a telefonért a vele küldött foliát a telefonrol amit levettek illetve a tokot nem küldik vissza és semmilyen kártérítést nem adnak a support pedig letiltott (vele küldtem mert nem gondoltam volna hogy igy átbasznak és ha megveszik nem lett volna már rá szükségem) kerülje el mindenki az oldalt

I do not recommend. Bought MacBook from them in "as new" condition for 800 euros but failed after a month. Sent the laptop for repair but they didn’t even bother to try after keeping it for 20 days. Instead found small invisible scratch and told me I damaged the laptop. Very disappointing experience.

They are exactly like the other reviewers described them. Cheating, lying scammers. They make you wait for weeks (instead of 1-2 working days as promised) before they tell you that they think the item is in much worse condition than it is in reality, then based on this disgusting lie they rob you. That is the business model. If you don't want to wait weeks to get informed that you will loose a lot of money and then another month to receive what is left, avoid them!

Szigorúak a készülék értékelésével kapcsolatban, de elfogadható árat adtak a használt telefonomért. A szállításban nem fényesek (Sameday nem jó csak, a GLS tartotta a szavát) , de miután a telefon beért, onnantól minden olajozva ment.
Nem is milliókra kell számítani egy telefon esetében, de vannak olyan modellek, ahol egész sokat kap érte az ember.
Szerintem aki türelmes, és igazságos a saját telefonjával szemben az nem fog csalódni.

Csaló oldal. A beküldött telefonon nem létezö hibát/hibákat találtak, ezért -80% árat adtak volna a kifogástalan telefonért.
